What is the price difference?
There is no defensible single price gap without specifying a country and comparing current listings for matching configurations. The available manufacturer specifications do not establish live retail prices, and prices, stock, and promotions vary over time.
For a meaningful comparison, use listings from the same country and check that both phones have the same storage capacity where available, the same unlocked or carrier-locked status, and comparable warranty and condition. Record the retailer and date, since a temporary promotion can change which phone costs less.
Which one should you choose?
- Choose the Galaxy A56 5G if you prefer a Super AMOLED display, OIS on the main rear camera, IP67 protection, 45 W charging, or Samsung’s longer stated software-support period.
- Choose the moto g max if its listed 7,000 mAh battery capacity or 32 MP front-camera resolution better matches your priorities, and its market-specific configuration suits your needs.
Before buying either phone, confirm the exact regional model, storage, network-band compatibility, warranty, and current local price. Motorola specifically notes that some specifications vary by market.
