The India-market iQOO Z11 5G has the more imposing spec sheet for screen size, refresh rate and battery capacity; the Samsung Galaxy A37 5G makes the clearer case for long-term software support. Which is better value depends on the price in your market and which of those trade-offs matters more to you. This comparison uses iQOO India’s specifications for the Z11, not conflicting details listed for other variants.

Which display is better?
On listed specifications, the iQOO Z11’s screen is larger, sharper by resolution category and faster at its maximum refresh rate: 6.83 inches, 1.5K and up to 144 Hz versus the A37’s 6.7-inch FHD+ panel at up to 120 Hz. Both manufacturers describe AMOLED displays. The Z11’s higher refresh-rate ceiling may make supported motion look smoother, but it does not by itself establish better brightness, color accuracy, outdoor visibility or overall panel quality.
Choose the Z11 if screen size and the highest listed refresh rate are priorities. The A37’s 120 Hz maximum is still a high-refresh specification; the published figures alone do not show how either phone behaves in every app or under different settings.
Does the Z11 battery last longer?
iQOO India lists a typical 7050 mAh battery for the Z11, compared with Samsung’s typical 5000 mAh figure for the A37. The Z11 also specifies 44 W FlashCharge. Capacity is not a runtime test: screen settings, signal conditions, apps and other usage affect battery life, so the larger number alone cannot prove which phone lasts longer in ordinary use.

91mobiles listed PCMark battery-test results of 16 hours 12 minutes for the Z11 and 11 hours 50 minutes for the A37 on its comparison page. Those are that publisher’s reported test figures, not manufacturer guarantees or a controlled head-to-head result independently validated here. How do the cameras compare?
The A37 has three rear cameras: a 50 MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8 MP ultrawide and a 5 MP macro camera. The India-market Z11 has a 50 MP Sony IMX882 main camera with OIS and an 8 MP ultrawide; iQOO also lists a 32 MP front camera.

The A37’s dedicated macro lens is the clearest functional difference in the rear-camera lineup. Both listed main cameras include OIS, which helps counter camera movement, but megapixel counts and lens count do not establish which phone takes better photos or video. The specifications cited here do not settle image quality in daylight, low light, portraits or video.

Which has the clearer software-support commitment?
Samsung makes the more precisely quantified commitment: up to six Android OS and One UI upgrades and up to six years of security updates for the A37. iQOO India describes long-term upgrades and security updates and promotes a “60-Month Smooth Experience,” but its product page does not give a matching OS-upgrade count or security-update period. A smoothness claim is not the same thing as a stated software-support guarantee.

What is the price difference?
There is no reliable like-for-like price difference in the available snapshots because they refer to different markets and sources. Samsung Korea announced a Korean launch price of ₩598,400 for its A37 model on June 18, 2026, with sales to begin the following day. Separately, 91mobiles showed Amazon India prices of ₹41,999 for the A37 and ₹34,999 for the Z11 when accessed on October 7, 2026. The latter are dynamic listing snapshots, not fixed current retail prices.
Do not subtract the Korean price from the India prices or treat the India figures as a guaranteed current offer. For a useful comparison, check the same day, in the same country, for the exact storage and regional variants you would buy, and compare final prices after any applicable offer.

Which phone should you choose?
Choose the India-market iQOO Z11 if
- You prioritize a larger 1.5K display and a refresh-rate ceiling of up to 144 Hz.
- You value its larger stated battery capacity and want 44 W charging specified.
- You are buying in India and can confirm a favorable live price for the correct Z11 variant.
Choose the Samsung Galaxy A37 if
- You value an explicit commitment of up to six Android OS and One UI upgrades and up to six years of security updates.
- You want a dedicated 5 MP macro camera in addition to the main and ultrawide rear cameras.
- You prefer the A37’s listed display size and do not need the Z11’s higher refresh-rate ceiling.
Neither set of specifications establishes an overall winner: a current same-market price check and independent comparative testing would be needed to settle value, camera quality, battery runtime and sustained performance. Also verify that a listing is for the India-market Z11; third-party comparison pages have shown specifications that conflict with iQOO India’s product page. The figures above use the manufacturer’s India-market specifications for that model.
