The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion has the larger, faster-refreshing display and higher-resolution front camera on the comparison listings; the Samsung Galaxy A37 5G has a three-camera rear array. Price and Motorola battery capacity vary by market and listing, so compare the exact local model and current retailer price before choosing. There is no well-supported universal winner.

How do prices compare?
There is no single global price difference: comparison sites show different India prices, and the available figures are snapshots rather than synchronized, guaranteed retailer offers.

Which one makes more sense for your priorities?
Choose the Motorola if the display figures matter most
The comparison listings give the Edge 70 Fusion a 144Hz refresh rate and a roughly 6.8-inch screen, versus 120Hz and 6.70 inches for the Galaxy A37 5G. TechRadar specifies a 6.78-inch FHD, 144Hz AMOLED panel for Motorola. A higher refresh rate and larger display are relevant if you want more screen space or smoother motion, but the listed figures alone do not prove better color, brightness or overall image quality.
Choose based on camera needs, not megapixel totals
Gadgets 360 describes the Galaxy A37 5G with three rear cameras (50MP, 12MP and 5MP), while it lists a 50MP main and 13MP ultrawide camera for Motorola. The Motorola’s listed 32MP front camera has a higher resolution than Samsung’s listed 12MP front camera. These specifications can help identify the camera layouts, but they cannot establish which phone takes better photos. Sources: Gadgets 360 and TechRadar.

Confirm the Motorola battery variant before comparing endurance
The battery records conflict: Gadgets 360 lists 5200mAh, while TechRadar reports a 7000mAh model and says some regions may receive a 5200mAh version. Gadgets 360 lists the Galaxy A37 5G at 5000mAh. Confirm the Edge 70 Fusion’s exact regional model before treating its capacity—or any endurance claim—as applicable to the device on sale. TechRadar lists 68W wired charging for Motorola; the inspected sources do not establish a comparable charging figure for Samsung. Sources: Gadgets 360 and TechRadar.
Do not use the available benchmark figures as a speed verdict
91mobiles reports Geekbench multi-core scores of 3,468 for the Galaxy A37 5G and 3,475 for the Edge 70 Fusion. The inspected comparison passage does not state when or how those tests were run, so the small difference does not establish a noticeable real-world speed advantage. TechRadar describes testing Motorola for a month, including three weeks as its main phone, and using Geekbench 6, 3DMark and Android’s native stats; that review is not a matched test against the Galaxy A37. Sources: 91mobiles and TechRadar.

What to check before you buy
- Compare the current price in your country and the exact storage/RAM configuration; listings differ across sources.
- For the Edge 70 Fusion, verify the local battery capacity on the seller’s exact model listing rather than assuming either 5200mAh or 7000mAh applies.
- Choose screen size and refresh rate according to your preference, without treating those numbers as a complete measure of display quality.
- Match the camera layout to the kinds of shots you take; resolution figures alone are not a photo-quality ranking.
- Check local stock and seller terms. TechRadar’s statement that Motorola was not on sale in the US applied at the time of its 31 May 2026 review, not necessarily to later availability.
