The Moto G37 Power 5G looks stronger on paper if you want a larger stated battery, a 120 Hz display and a 128 GB storage option. The Samsung Galaxy A06 5G is the more convincing fit if you prioritize a lighter phone, clearly documented IP54 protection and Samsung’s stated software-support policy. There is no universal winner, and the available prices are snapshots rather than a stable, like-for-like price gap.

These are manufacturer or comparison-page specifications, not independent test results. The Moto display, battery and charging figures come from 91mobiles because the retrieved Motorola India listing did not expose a full specification table. Neither the listed chipset clocks nor camera megapixels establish which phone performs faster or takes better photos.
How different are the prices in India?
There is no dependable single price gap without matching the exact RAM/storage variant, retailer and checkout offer. When accessed in 2026, 91mobiles showed Amazon listing prices of ₹15,149 for the Samsung and ₹17,082 for the Moto. Motorola India’s family page separately displayed ₹19,999 against a ₹26,499 MRP for the Moto G37 Power. Smartprix showed different observed prices—₹14,999 and ₹17,130 respectively—with its detail page updated September 16, 2026. These are volatile snapshots, not guaranteed current prices or evidence of a like-for-like configuration.

Which phone is better for battery and display?
Moto G37 Power 5G: capacity and refresh rate
91mobiles lists a 7,000 mAh battery, a 120 Hz HD+ display and 30 W Turbo charging for the Power model. Those figures make it the more appealing specification-sheet choice if battery capacity and smoother scrolling matter most. Capacity alone does not establish hours or days of real-world endurance, and no comparative battery test is available here.
Galaxy A06 5G: a lighter, lower-refresh option
Samsung lists a 5,000 mAh typical battery (4,855 mAh rated) and a 90 Hz HD+ display. At the listed 191 g and 8.0 mm, it is lighter and thinner than the Moto figures reported by Smartprix: 215 g and 8.89 mm. Both screens are HD+ rather than higher-resolution panels, and the Moto’s higher stated refresh rate is not a measure of overall display quality.

What do the camera and processor specifications tell you?
Samsung lists a 50 MP main camera plus a 2 MP depth camera; 91mobiles lists a 50 MP main camera for the Moto. The cited comparison does not list a Moto depth camera, which is not proof that no such feature exists. Megapixel counts and camera-module descriptions cannot settle photo quality, and no side-by-side camera test was identified.
The listed processors are the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 (up to 2.4 GHz) in Samsung’s specifications and the Dimensity 6400 (up to 2.5 GHz) in 91mobiles’ Moto listing. The model names and small clock difference do not establish a real-world speed winner. Choose based on your priorities rather than assuming one will feel faster.

Which has the stronger durability and software-support evidence?
Samsung: stated IP54 rating and support commitment
Samsung rates the Galaxy A06 5G IP54. Samsung also cautions that the device is not advised for beach or pool use and that water and dust resistance can diminish over time. The rating should not be treated as permission to submerge the phone.
Samsung states up to four generations of OS upgrades and four years of security updates for the A06 5G. Its product-page terms say availability and policy can vary by market and model, and the policy may change.

Moto: verify the update policy and rating
The retrieved Motorola family listing establishes the Moto G37 Power configurations and displayed price, but not a durability rating or full official update policy. A comparison page reports Android 16, one year of OS upgrades and three years of security updates; treat those figures as secondary-source information and confirm the current Motorola policy before relying on them. The absence of a rating in the retrieved listing does not establish that the Moto has no water or dust resistance.

Which phone should you buy?
- Choose the Moto G37 Power 5G if you value its listed 7,000 mAh battery, 120 Hz screen or the availability of 128 GB configurations. Treat battery endurance and performance as untested, and verify the exact variant, current price and official update policy.
- Choose the Samsung Galaxy A06 5G if lower listed weight, a stated IP54 rating, Knox Vault or a more clearly documented software-support promise matter more to you. Remember that Samsung says the 25 W wall charger is sold separately.
- Compare checkout prices before deciding if cost is the deciding factor. The cited India price snapshots differ by seller, date and potentially configuration, so they do not establish a fixed premium for either phone.
