The UK Samsung HEA AI Cashback promotion is closed. It ran from 17 June 2026 at 00:01 BST to 19 July 2026 at 23:59 BST. The last possible purchase date was 19 July, and its rolling 60-day claim deadline was 16 September 2026 at 23:59 BST. No new claims can be submitted now. The rules below explain how eligibility worked for purchases made during the promotion and why a particular claim was accepted or rejected.
Promotion dates and current status
This was not an always-on discount. Samsung offered cashback only for qualifying products bought during the stated promotion period, then allowed a 30- to 60-day claim window calculated from the purchase date. Because that window has also expired, a purchase made during the offer cannot be claimed after 16 September 2026.

Eligibility depended on the exact SKU
The words “Bespoke” and “AI” were not enough to qualify a product. Samsung matched the model’s complete stock-keeping unit (SKU) against the promotion table. Two products that look similar, or two versions in the same appliance family, could have different eligibility or different cashback amounts.

Do not rely on a retailer’s category name, a “Bespoke AI” search result, a family name such as RS90, or a photograph that omits the suffix. The complete SKU list in Samsung’s promotion terms was authoritative; the models below are examples from that list.

Additional RS90 variants appeared in the official table. If your code differs by even one character from an example, treat it as a separate model and verify it against the full terms rather than assuming the same reward.

The eligible categories covered selected televisions, monitors and appliances, including refrigeration, cooking, dishwashers, vacuum cleaners, washing machines, tumble dryers and washer dryers. Category membership alone did not establish eligibility; the exact SKU still had to appear in the promotion table.
Who could claim
An individual claimant had to be at least 18 and a lawful resident of the UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands. Companies registered in those territories could also participate. Employees and professional parties involved in operating the promotion were excluded.
The offer was for end users. Retailers, distributors, resellers and anyone buying products for resale could not claim. A product bought for a business could therefore qualify only when the claimant was a properly registered company within the eligible territories and the purchase was not for resale.
Retailer and Amazon rules
The product had to be bought from a participating retailer. Retailer eligibility was separate from model eligibility: a qualifying SKU bought through an excluded seller still failed the promotion rules.
Amazon purchases
Amazon orders had a specific seller-and-dispatch requirement. An Amazon.co.uk listing qualified only when the item was sold and dispatched by Amazon UK directly. An Amazon Marketplace third-party seller did not qualify, even when the listing appeared on Amazon.co.uk. Orders sold by Amazon EU or another non-UK Amazon branch were also excluded.

Check the seller and dispatch lines on the order record, not just the web address. Auction sites such as eBay and non-Samsung-approved resellers were outside the promotion.
Documents and account details required
A claimant had to sign in to a Samsung Account or register one, then complete the online claim form. The form required:
- Full name and contact details
- Email address
- Postal address
- GBP bank-account details for payment
- Proof of purchase
- An image showing the promotion product’s serial number
Proof of purchase had to support the transaction during the promotion period. Keep the original invoice, receipt or order record and submit a clear copy. The terms did not make free products or giveaway units eligible, so a zero-price promotional unit could not be used to create a cashback claim.
Serial-number photograph
The serial-number evidence had to show the number on the product itself, not on its box or other packaging. Exact placement varies by appliance, so use the serial label or on-device information identified for your model. Make sure the complete characters are readable and that the image is of the installed or unpacked product rather than a carton label.

If the serial number cannot yet be photographed because delivery is late, contact Samsung customer service. The terms allowed a participant to request an extension link in that situation; an extension was not automatic.
How the claim window worked
Claims were accepted only from day 30 through day 60 after purchase. That means buying early in the promotion did not give an unlimited period to submit, and buying on the final day did not create a deadline based on the promotion’s closing date alone. The final eligible purchase on 19 July 2026 had until 16 September 2026 at 23:59 BST.
- Confirm that the purchase date fell between 17 June and 19 July 2026, inclusive of the published times.
- Count 30 days from the purchase date to identify when the claim window opened.
- Count 60 days from that purchase date to identify the normal final day.
- Submit before the applicable closing time; a claim submitted after the close date was ineligible.
Samsung sent an immediate receipt email after submission. It then sent an eligibility-validation email within seven days. If Samsung found a submission error, the participant had seven days to provide the missing information. Missing that correction period could leave the claim incomplete.

Submission process
- Match the SKU. Compare the full model code on the product and purchase document with the promotion’s exact SKU table, including every suffix.
- Check the seller. Confirm that the retailer participated. For Amazon.co.uk, verify that Amazon UK itself sold and dispatched the item.
- Confirm the buyer. Check the age, territory, end-user and non-resale requirements, or the company-registration requirement for a business claimant.
- Prepare evidence. Gather proof of purchase and a readable photograph of the serial number on the product, not the packaging.
- Use a Samsung Account. Sign in or register, enter the requested contact and postal details, and provide a valid GBP bank account.
- Submit during the window. Complete the claim between 30 and 60 days after purchase and retain the receipt email.
- Monitor email. Respond within seven days if Samsung requests corrected or missing information.
Payment, claim limits and anti-stacking rules
Approved rewards were paid by bank transfer to a valid GBP account within 30 days after Samsung validated the claim. Validation was therefore the point from which the payment period ran, not necessarily the day the form was first submitted.
- A maximum of five claims applied to one residential address.
- Companies could submit up to five claims.
- Only one reward was available per promotion product.
- Returns or cancelled orders invalidated a claim.
- Samsung could reject fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise non-compliant submissions.
- A Samsung.com television purchase was ineligible when the buyer selected a free soundbar through a separate Samsung promotion.
The free-soundbar rule was an anti-stacking condition. A television could have the correct SKU and purchase date yet still fail because the buyer selected that separate bundle incentive.

“My fridge is Bespoke AI, but the claim was rejected.”
Recheck the complete SKU rather than the product family or marketing name. The promotion did not cover every Bespoke or AI-labelled appliance.

“I bought it on Amazon.”
Open the order details and identify both the seller and dispatcher. Amazon UK had to be named for both roles. A Marketplace seller, Amazon EU, or another non-UK branch was excluded.
“I uploaded the box label.”
That did not meet the evidence rule. Replace it with a clear image of the serial number on the appliance itself, if the claim window is still open. For the 2026 promotion, all windows are now closed.
“The product arrived too late to photograph.”
Contact Samsung customer service and request an extension link before the deadline. The terms provided a route to request an extension for delayed access; they did not guarantee approval.
“I made a mistake on the form.”
Watch for Samsung’s validation message. When Samsung identified a submission error, the participant had seven days to supply the missing information. Keep the original receipt email and any follow-up correspondence.
“The order was returned or cancelled.”
A returned or cancelled order could not support cashback. Do not treat an earlier claim submission as preserved after the underlying sale was reversed.

- The purchase date was from 17 June 2026 at 00:01 BST through 19 July 2026 at 23:59 BST.
- The full SKU appeared in the official promotion table.
- The seller was a participating retailer; for Amazon, Amazon UK directly sold and dispatched the item.
- The buyer was an eligible adult resident, or an eligible registered company, and was not buying for resale.
- The product was paid for rather than supplied free or as a giveaway.
- Proof of purchase was available.
- The serial-number image showed the product itself, not its packaging.
- The claim was submitted between 30 and 60 days after purchase.
- No return, cancellation, fraudulent detail, incomplete response or prohibited bundle applied.
- The five-claim address or company limit was not exceeded.
For the 2026 UK offer, this checklist is now historical because the final deadline passed on 16 September 2026. It remains useful for understanding why Samsung accepted or rejected claims submitted during the promotion.
