Samsung’s Diwali 2026 promotion in India offers cashback of up to Rs 20,000 on selected Bespoke AI and digital appliances until November 15, 2026. The promotion also advertises low EMIs from Rs 888, zero down payment, Samsung Finance+, and Samsung Care+ warranty benefits. The maximum amount is not guaranteed for every appliance: the exact model, bank or finance issuer, purchase channel and offer terms determine the benefit.
What Samsung’s Diwali 2026 offer includes
The promotion, reported by The Times of India, applies to selected Samsung Bespoke AI appliances sold in India through Samsung.com, leading e-commerce platforms and retail stores. The headline benefit is cashback up to Rs 20,000, while Samsung’s official Samsung Week 2026 release lists separate category limits and discounts.
- Low-cost EMIs starting at Rs 888, subject to the appliance, finance provider, tenure and approval.
- Zero down payment and Samsung Finance+ options on eligible purchases.
- Samsung’s “Triple Zero Offer”: zero down payment, zero processing fee and zero-interest EMIs for six- to 10-month tenures, with IDFC FIRST Bank, HDB Financial Services and TVS Credit named as financing partners.
- Up to three additional years of warranty at no extra cost with Samsung Care+ when a one-year warranty is purchased, subject to applicable terms.
The promotion is scheduled to run through November 15, 2026. Samsung says benefits can be revised or withdrawn, so the checkout page or participating retailer’s written terms control the final deal.

Samsung’s Samsung Week release identifies refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves and air conditioners as participating digital-appliance categories. It publishes the following examples and maximum category benefits:

The category figures are not additive guarantees. A refrigerator, for example, may qualify for a model discount, bank cashback, cart or bundle discount and financing benefit under different conditions, but the applicable combination depends on the product and issuer.
How to check the real benefit before paying
- Record the exact model code. Capacity and appearance are not enough; eligibility is attached to the product SKU.
- Read the offer panel on the selling channel. Check whether the amount is cashback, an instant discount, a cart coupon or a bank-specific promotion.
- Verify the payment instrument. Confirm the eligible bank card or finance partner, minimum transaction value, tenure, processing fee and whether the benefit is immediate or credited later.
- Calculate the financed cost. A low monthly EMI does not by itself prove a lower total price. Compare the total payable amount and any documentation, insurance or late-payment charges.
- Confirm warranty and service coverage. Check whether Care+ must be purchased with a one-year warranty, which components are covered and how installation is handled in your location.
- Save the order and terms. Keep the invoice, cashback reference, finance schedule and warranty certificate until all promised credits and registrations are complete.
What “up to Rs 20,000” means
Rs 20,000 is the campaign-wide headline, not a standard cashback on every Bespoke AI appliance. Samsung’s own category table gives different maximums—up to Rs 21,500 for refrigerators, Rs 9,000 for washing machines, Rs 6,000 for microwaves and Rs 14,000 for air conditioners—and says the result varies by model and issuer. Some figures are discounts rather than bank cashback, so compare the final invoice price rather than adding every advertised maximum.

Where the offer can be used
The reported channels are Samsung.com, leading e-commerce platforms and retail stores across India. Channel-specific inventory, delivery areas, exchange programs, return windows and payment offers can differ. Before ordering from an online marketplace or retailer, confirm that the seller is authorized and that the listed model is included in the current promotion.

Warranty and financing questions to resolve
Does zero down payment mean zero cost?
No. The Triple Zero description covers down payment, processing fee and interest only for eligible six- to 10-month transactions under the named financing partners and their approval rules. Review the finance agreement for taxes, penalties and other charges.

Is the Care+ extension automatic?
Not necessarily. The reported benefit is up to three additional years at no extra cost when a one-year warranty is purchased, subject to Samsung Care+ terms. Complete any required registration and retain proof of purchase.
Are installation and service included?
The 2026 appliance release specifies warranty and promotion details but does not establish a single installation or service package for every model. Confirm those items for your postcode and SKU before checkout.
Do not confuse this with Samsung’s 2025 air-conditioner campaign
Samsung’s September 30, 2025 “Go Save Today” announcement for Bespoke AI air conditioners covered purchases from September 22 through November 10, 2025 and described benefits worth up to Rs 21,000, including a GST reduction, free installation, bank cashback and an additional five-month warranty. That was a separate, expired campaign and does not define the 2026 Diwali offer.
