As checked on 7 October 2026, Samsung’s clearest official options below ₹50,000 in India are the Galaxy A37 5G (8GB/128GB) at ₹46,999 and Galaxy A56 5G (8GB/256GB) at ₹48,999. The Galaxy A27 5G is a lower-priced alternative, but its launch cashback prices are not the same as the higher prices shown on Samsung’s later buy page. A third-party listing also puts the Galaxy M47 5G (8GB/256GB) at ₹44,999; confirm its current seller, stock and warranty before deciding. Prices and availability can change by location, seller and offer.
Which Samsung 5G phones are under ₹50,000?
The table separates official Samsung India price snapshots from a third-party listing. Prices are tied to the listed configuration, not every phone in the model family.
| Phone and configuration | Price snapshot | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Galaxy A27 5G, 6GB/128GB | ₹33,999 on Samsung’s retrieved buy page | Samsung’s 30 June 2026 launch announcement quoted a net effective ₹28,999 after a stated cashback offer. That launch offer is not a confirmed October checkout price. |
| Galaxy A27 5G, 8GB/128GB | ₹38,999 on Samsung’s retrieved buy page | The June launch announcement quoted net effective ₹31,999 after stated cashback; confirm current offer terms. |
| Galaxy A27 5G, 8GB/256GB | ₹37,499 net effective at launch after stated cashback | The retrieved Samsung buy-page text did not establish a current price for this configuration. |
| Galaxy A37 5G, 8GB/128GB | ₹46,999 on Samsung India’s buy page | Its 8GB/256GB configuration was ₹54,499, above budget. |
| Galaxy A56 5G, 8GB/256GB | ₹48,999 on Samsung India’s buy page | Its 12GB/256GB configuration was ₹54,499, above budget. The retrieved page did not fully show a price for 8GB/128GB. |
| Galaxy M47 5G, 8GB/256GB | ₹44,999 on Smartprix | Third-party price and specifications; verify Samsung stock, seller, exact variant and India warranty. |
| Galaxy A57 5G, 8GB/256GB | ₹62,999 on Samsung India’s buy page | Above budget at the retrieved listed price; an exchange headline is not the ordinary price. |
Samsung’s India page is specifically for 5G phones under ₹50,000, but a listing page is a starting point rather than proof that every listed model is currently sold by Samsung. Retailer lists may include older models and individual-store prices. Check the Samsung India under-₹50,000 5G category, and treat 91mobiles’ list and MySmartPrice’s list as discovery tools.
How to choose between the under-budget options
Choose the Galaxy A37 for a clearly priced official mid-budget configuration
The A37 5G’s 8GB/128GB version sits below the cap on Samsung’s retrieved page. Its 8GB/256GB version does not, so check the storage selection carefully rather than assuming the family qualifies at every capacity. Samsung says the A37 box includes the phone, data cable and ejection pin, but not a travel adapter. Check Samsung’s A37 buy page for the current variant and price.

Choose the Galaxy A56 if you want 256GB within the official snapshot
The A56 5G 8GB/256GB configuration was listed at ₹48,999, leaving little headroom under the budget. The 12GB/256GB option was above it. Do not assume the lower-capacity option has a particular price unless it is visible at checkout. Check Samsung’s A56 buy page for the selected configuration.
Consider the Galaxy A27 for a lower-cost option, but price the live offer
Samsung’s 25 June 2026 product announcement describes a 6.7-inch 120Hz Super AMOLED display, Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 platform and 5000mAh battery. Samsung also says the A27 supports six generations of Android OS/One UI upgrades and six years of security updates; these are manufacturer commitments, not independent long-term testing. The June launch announcement’s net effective prices followed a stated cashback offer, while Samsung’s later retrieved buy page showed ₹33,999 for 6GB/128GB and ₹38,999 for 8GB/128GB. Compare the live checkout price and eligibility, not the launch headline. See Samsung’s 30 June 2026 India launch announcement and check its buy page.

Consider the Galaxy M47 only after confirming the listing
Smartprix’s snapshot lists the M47 5G 8GB/256GB at ₹44,999 with Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, a 6000mAh battery, 45W charging and a 120Hz display. Those figures and the price come from a third-party listing, not the Samsung buy-page snapshots above. Verify the exact handset, seller, stock and India warranty before treating it as a current purchase option. View Smartprix’s Samsung under-₹50,000 listing.

- Select the exact RAM and storage configuration. The A37 and A56 each have a configuration above ₹50,000 even though another configuration is below it.
- Separate listed price from discounts. Check whether the displayed amount depends on launch cashback, a bank card, exchange value, financing or another limited-time offer. Samsung Week 2026 starts 7 October, but eligible products and offer terms determine whether any discount applies to your purchase; see Samsung’s announcement and verify the live terms.
- Confirm seller, stock and warranty. On a retailer or marketplace listing, make sure the model code and variant match and that the warranty is for India.
- Compare the features that matter to you. Check processor, display size and refresh rate, battery capacity and charging, camera configuration, and software and security support for the exact model. Specifications do not establish real-world speed, camera results or battery endurance.
- Check the box contents and charger compatibility. Samsung says the A37 box does not include a travel adapter; check the selected phone’s own listing rather than assuming all models have identical contents. Confirm compatibility before buying an adapter.
Samsung cautions that prices and availability may vary by location and change. Network-band support may vary by region or provider, and battery life depends on network, features, apps and usage. These are reasons to check the product details and terms for your own purchase rather than treating a category listing as a guarantee.
