Why the condition badge matters
Two listings with the same RYOBI model family can carry different expectations if one is blemished and the other is reconditioned. Questions to answer on the product page
- Is the item factory blemished or factory reconditioned?
- Does the warranty belong to DTO’s reconditioning program, the manufacturer, or another stated provider?
- How long does coverage last for this product category?
- What proof of purchase or registration is required?
- Does the warranty cover the included battery, charger and accessories as well as the tool body?
