The Roborock Qrevo 2 Pro is a robot vacuum and mop designed to reduce routine dock maintenance, with a stated maintenance interval of up to 65 days. That figure is not a guarantee of 65 days without attention: the interval depends on use, and its dirty-water tank still needs emptying. Tom’s Guide’s 2026 review found it most appealing for homes with mostly hard floors, accurate mapping and effective mopping, but its test results showed weaker hair pickup—especially on carpet—and the robot bumped forcefully into furniture.
What the Qrevo 2 Pro is—and what “up to 65 days” means
The Qrevo 2 Pro is a robot vacuum and mop that docks to empty its dustbag and manage its water system. Tom’s Guide’s August 2026 review describes the “up to 65 days” figure as a qualified maintenance claim tied to use, not a fixed interval that applies to every home. Debris levels, cleaning frequency and mop use can all affect how often attention is needed.
The dock has a 2.7 L dustbag and 4 L clean-water and dirty-water tanks, according to Tom’s Guide. The dirty-water tank still needs attention; reviewer Ashley Thieme recommends emptying it more often to help avoid odors. So the system can reduce routine work, but it does not make the robot maintenance-free.
Will its dock fit in a small home?
The robot measures 13.9 × 13.8 × 3.8 inches, while the combined robot and dock measure 19.5 × 17.7 × 15.8 inches. Thieme describes the dock as compact for this category, but those dimensions still require a suitable floor space, an outlet and room for the robot to reverse into the dock. Check the intended parking spot rather than relying on the word “compact” alone.

How well does it vacuum?
Tom’s Guide lists maximum suction at 25,000 Pa. In the publication’s stated standardized test, using a six-by-three-foot grid, the reviewer measured the following pickup results. These are Tom’s Guide’s test findings, not a universal benchmark or a prediction for every home.

The results show a gap between pickup of the tested everyday debris and hair, with weaker results overall on carpet. Thieme characterizes the vacuum as better suited to everyday cleaning than deep cleaning and cautions that pet fur may remain on floors. That makes it a less compelling fit for households where removing embedded or abundant pet hair is a main priority.

How does it mop and map a home?
In Tom’s Guide’s mopping test, two passes removed test spills of soy sauce, mayonnaise and mud. The reviewer also found the LiDAR mapping accurate; initial mapping of four rooms took around ten minutes. Through the Roborock app, users can adjust suction, mop-water settings, pass count and maps, according to the review.
The dock washes the mop pads at 167°F and dries them with 113°F warm air, per Tom’s Guide. These are the temperatures reported by the review, not a measure of how well the robot cleans every kind of stain or floor.

What should you know about furniture and navigation?
Although the mapping was accurate in the review, navigation was not always gentle: Thieme reported forceful bumps against sofa legs and a dining table. If the robot will clean around delicate furniture, narrow spaces or items that can be knocked over, that reported behavior is worth weighing alongside its mapping performance.
Who is the Qrevo 2 Pro best suited to?
- A smaller home with mostly hard flooring: The dock is described as compact for its category, and the review found the mapping and mopping useful for routine cleaning. Measure the dock space and its approach path first.
- A household seeking less frequent dustbag attention: The dock’s dustbag and water system reduce hands-on work, but the up-to-65-day interval depends on use and the dirty-water tank still needs attention.
- A home where pet hair is the primary challenge: The review’s hair-pickup figures, especially on carpet, point to a meaningful limitation for this use.
- A home with furniture that could be knocked: The reviewer’s report of forceful contact is a reason to consider whether its navigation behavior suits the layout.
What about alternatives and price?
Tom’s Guide’s review mentions the Dreame D10 Plus Gen 2 as an alternative with a smaller dock and lower listed suction, and says the Ecovacs Deebot T30S performed better with pet hair. It also names more expensive models for heavier-duty needs. Those are review-time comparisons, not a current buying ranking; verify model specifications and availability in your region before comparing them.
