Riot Games revealed Hush on October 18, 2026, as VALORANT’s next Duelist Agent. Riot’s official update listing says the new Duelist will be available in Season 26 // Act VI, but the announcement does not yet give an exact server unlock time, a complete ability kit, cooldowns, costs, or map-specific details.
When will Hush release in VALORANT?
Hush is scheduled for Season 26 // Act VI. That is the firmest launch information Riot has published so far, and it appears in the official VALORANT update entry titled “RISE AND FALL // Hush Agent Trailer – VALORANT.” Riot published the reveal on October 18, 2026.
Riot has not announced the precise day or hour when Hush will unlock on live servers. The Act VI designation identifies the release window, not a confirmed regional rollout time. Players should therefore avoid treating a trailer date, patch-maintenance period, or social-media speculation as the playable launch time until Riot posts formal release instructions.

A contemporaneous Dot Esports report describes Hush as originating from Guangdong, China, and connects her presentation with telekinetic or reality-bending imagery. Those details are secondary reporting rather than confirmed mechanics in Riot’s cited announcement. They may describe her narrative identity or trailer aesthetic, but they should not be read as a definitive biography until Riot publishes official agent documentation.

Until an official kit page or patch note names her abilities and explains their effects, the safest interpretation is thematic: the trailer uses reality-bending imagery to establish Hush’s identity. It is not evidence of a specific crowd-control effect, teleport, vision system or damage mechanic.
What are Hush’s abilities?
No authoritative ability table is included in the cited reveal materials. That means there are currently no confirmed names, charges, damage values, durations, cooldowns, activation costs, ultimate-point requirements or interactions with particular maps or existing agents.

Early descriptions of telekinesis and altered reality can help explain the trailer’s tone, but they cannot establish how Hush will function in a match. Any list circulating before Riot’s formal documentation should be treated as unverified, especially if it assigns numerical values or claims that she is already overpowered.
Can you play Hush in Act VI?
Yes, Riot’s wording indicates that Hush is intended to become available during Season 26 // Act VI. The announcement does not establish whether access begins immediately at the act’s start, follows a separate unlock process, or arrives with a particular patch. Players will need Riot’s release notes or in-client notice for those operational details.

How Hush compares with other Duelists right now
It is too early to make a balance or meta judgment. Existing Duelists have established kits and extensive match data, while Hush has only a reveal and a release window. The useful comparison at this stage is the amount of dependable information available.
