To reset JAYS m-Five True Wireless earbuds, place both earpieces in their charging case. To pair them again, remove both at the same time, then select JAYS m-Five True Wireless in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
How to reset JAYS m-Five earbuds
- Place both earpieces in the charging case. JAYS lists this as the m-Five reset procedure; it does not specify a button press, hold duration, or reset-confirmation light. See JAYS’ troubleshooting instructions.
- To turn them on and begin pairing, take both earpieces out of the case at the same time. JAYS says both LEDs flash white; after the earpieces connect to each other, one light turns off and the other flashes red and white.
- On your phone, tablet, or computer, open Bluetooth settings and choose JAYS m-Five True Wireless. According to JAYS, the red-and-white flashing light turns off when the connection succeeds.
If the earbuds still will not pair
Work through these checks if your device does not connect after the reset and pairing sequence:
- Check that the earbuds are not already connected to another device.
- Turn Bluetooth off and on again on the device you are trying to connect.
- Move the earbuds closer to the device or change their position.
- Reduce nearby wireless interference where possible.
- If the earpieces do not connect to each other, put both back in the case and remove them together.
Use the m-Five-specific reset steps
JAYS lists different instructions for other models on the same support page. For the m-Five, the reset instruction is simply to place both earpieces in the case. Do not substitute steps intended for another model.

Charging and care notes
Resetting does not require an accessory. JAYS says the m-Five comes with a USB-C cable and estimates about one hour to charge the earbuds and 2.5 hours to charge the case, depending on the power source. These are manufacturer estimates, not guaranteed charging times. JAYS describes the earbuds as dust- and water-repellent but says they cannot be used for swimming; that does not mean they are waterproof. The JAYS manuals page lists an m-Five True Wireless manual and quickstart guide, without a publication date or revision number in the listing.
