Yes—if your Galaxy device shows an Uninstall button for Samsung Global Goals, you can remove it. If it shows only Disable, use that option to turn off the app on that device. Menu labels and available controls can vary by model, software version, region, and how the app was installed.
How to check whether you can uninstall it

Open Settings on your Galaxy phone or tablet.

Tap Apps, then find and select Samsung Global Goals. The exact menu labels may vary slightly by software version.

Check the controls on the app information page. Tap Uninstall to remove the app if that option is available. If the page offers Disable instead, tap it to turn off the app on your device.

Samsung says Global Goals may be preinstalled or downloaded from the Play Store or Galaxy Store. Samsung’s app-management guidance distinguishes downloaded apps, which can be uninstalled, from some default apps that cannot be removed and may instead be disabled. What to do if you only want to stop charging ads
You do not need to uninstall the app just to stop its charging-screen ads. Open Samsung Global Goals, go to Settings, and turn off Global Goals whilst charging. Samsung Australia documents this setting in its guide to removing ads on a Samsung device.
What changes when you remove or disable the app?
Samsung describes Global Goals as a way to view content about the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals, earn funds through advertisements, and donate ad-generated funds or your own money. Uninstalling removes the app; disabling turns it off rather than removing it. Samsung’s terms of service say users may stop using and uninstall the service.

The terms and support pages cited here do not establish whether a displayed balance or donation history remains accessible or can be recovered after uninstalling. If you need to keep that information, check the app or ask Samsung support before removing it. The terms also describe an option to disable the lockscreen wallpaper experience.

Samsung’s instructions do not specify a model-by-model list of which devices allow uninstalling. Check the app information page on your own device rather than assuming every Galaxy phone or tablet has the same control.
