The Redmi Turbo 5 has the higher listed battery capacity, faster rated charging, higher-resolution screen and more capable-looking camera hardware on paper; the OPPO K13 Turbo’s standout difference is its built-in cooling fan. A Gadgets Now comparison page displayed the Redmi at ₹37,999 and the OPPO at ₹32,999 on 7 October 2026—a ₹5,000 gap, but not a live or official price quote.

How the two phones differ in practice
Performance and storage
The Redmi Turbo 5 lists a Dimensity 8500-Ultra processor, up to 12GB of RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The K13 Turbo lists a Dimensity 8450, 8GB of RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, with a choice of 128GB or 256GB. On specifications alone, Redmi offers a higher RAM ceiling and a newer listed storage standard. Those details do not establish which phone delivers higher gaming frame rates or better sustained performance; no independent head-to-head test is established here.
Screen size and sharpness
Redmi’s 6.59-inch display is smaller but specified at 1.5K resolution. OPPO’s screen is about 6.8 inches and FHD+ at 2800 × 1280. Both are listed at up to 120Hz. Choose based on whether you prefer a more compact, higher-resolution panel or a larger screen; the specifications do not establish brightness or outdoor visibility.

Battery and charging
The Redmi is listed with a 7540mAh silicon-carbon battery and 100W charging. OPPO specifies a 7000mAh typical capacity (6830mAh rated) and charging up to 80W. Redmi also lists 27W wired reverse charging. These figures describe capacity and rated charging features, not real-world endurance or a guaranteed charge time; usage, settings, temperature and compatible equipment can affect results.
Cameras
Redmi lists a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. OPPO lists a 50MP main camera and a 2MP monochrome camera. Redmi’s listed setup includes OIS and a dedicated ultra-wide camera, while megapixel counts and component lists alone cannot establish which phone takes better photos or video.

Cooling and water resistance
The K13 Turbo’s built-in variable-speed fan is its clearest hardware distinction. In its 30 July 2025 India launch announcement, OPPO said the series ran 2–4°C cooler in games such as BGMI. That is a manufacturer-reported claim, not an independent comparison with the Redmi Turbo 5. The announcement also says: “The fan spins at 18,000rpm and uses ultra-thin 0.1mm blades that are 50% thinner than standard designs.”

India price difference
Gadgets Now displayed ₹37,999 for the Redmi Turbo 5 and ₹32,999 for the OPPO K13 Turbo when its comparison page was accessed on 7 October 2026. That is a displayed difference of ₹5,000, with the Redmi listed higher.
The same page showed list prices of ₹54,999 and ₹33,999, respectively. These are dynamic secondary listings, not official price confirmations, and may not reflect the same seller, RAM/storage configuration, offers or current availability. Verify the exact variant and seller’s current checkout price before buying; the ₹5,000 gap is a dated snapshot, not a guaranteed market-wide difference.

Which phone should you choose?
- Consider the Redmi Turbo 5 if its higher listed battery capacity, 100W charging, up-to-12GB RAM, UFS 4.1 storage, sharper smaller display, OIS main camera or ultra-wide camera best match your priorities.
- Consider the OPPO K13 Turbo if you specifically want a larger FHD+ display or a phone with a built-in cooling fan, or if its verified price for your chosen configuration is lower.
- Compare exact variants and current prices before deciding. Both phones are listed with a 256GB option, but their RAM and storage configurations differ.
These are India product pages; regional variants, network bands, retail prices and included accessories may vary. Xiaomi says the Redmi Turbo 5 package includes a 100W adapter, USB-C cable, protective case, pre-applied screen protector, SIM eject tool and manual. The cited OPPO specification information does not establish equivalent box contents.
