For an India-market comparison, the Redmi Turbo 5 lists an AMOLED display and 100W charging, while the iQOO Z11x offers a larger LCD screen and a lower listed price. The Z11x’s ₹30,999 price is for 8GB+128GB; Xiaomi’s ₹41,999 figure is a starting price, so the ₹11,000 gap between those page prices is not a confirmed like-for-like premium. The specifications below come from the manufacturers, not independent head-to-head tests.

Which display matters more to you?
The iQOO has the larger listed screen at 6.76 inches. Xiaomi specifies a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. That makes the Redmi’s display type and resolution explicit advantages on paper, while the iQOO offers more screen area. Specifications alone do not establish which looks better in person, including brightness, color, or outdoor visibility.
What the chip and battery specifications establish
Xiaomi lists a MediaTek Dimensity 8500-Ultra for the Redmi; iQOO lists a Dimensity 7400-Turbo for the India Z11x. These are manufacturer-listed chipsets. No independent benchmark comparing these exact India variants is established here, so a performance winner cannot be claimed from the available specifications alone.

The Redmi’s listed capacity is 7540mAh and the iQOO’s is 7200mAh. Capacity figures do not prove which phone lasts longer: actual runtime also depends on the display, software, network conditions, and workload. No controlled head-to-head battery test is available for this comparison.
Charging and camera hardware
Xiaomi lists 100W Hypercharge and 27W wired reverse charging for the Redmi; iQOO lists 44W charging for the Z11x. These ratings describe supported charging hardware, not measured time to full charge. The camera lists also differ: the Redmi pairs a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide, while the Z11x lists a 50MP Sony IMX852 main camera and a 2MP bokeh camera. Their front-camera resolutions are 20MP and 32MP, respectively. Megapixel counts and sensor names do not by themselves establish photo or video quality, and no comparative camera test is established.

How to interpret the price difference
In page snapshots accessed 2026-10-07, Xiaomi India displayed the REDMI Turbo 5 from ₹41,999 and iQOO India displayed the Z11x 8GB+128GB at ₹30,999. The arithmetic difference is ₹11,000 between those two displayed figures only. It is not a like-for-like variant premium: the Redmi price is a starting price and its configuration is not shown as matching the iQOO’s 8GB+128GB variant. These are official-store page prices, not Amazon prices, and may change.
Before choosing on price, compare the exact RAM and storage variants currently offered by each manufacturer and confirm current availability. The cited listings do not establish a matched-configuration price comparison.

Which one should you choose?
- Consider the Redmi Turbo 5 if its listed 1.5K AMOLED, 120Hz display, 100W charging, or 27W wired reverse charging best matches your priorities.
- Consider the iQOO Z11x if you prefer its larger listed screen, 32MP front-camera resolution, or the lower displayed price for its specified 8GB+128GB variant.
- Compare exact variants before buying if price is decisive; the two figures currently cited are not a matched configuration comparison.
Neither choice can be declared the overall performance, camera, or battery-life winner from these manufacturer specifications alone.
