There is no reliable price-difference figure without a country, exact Redmi model, matching storage capacity, and prices checked on the same date. First note that the Redmi Note 15 (4G) and Redmi Note 15 5G are different phones: Xiaomi lists different processors, batteries, charging speeds, and durability ratings for them. Against the Nothing Phone (3a), the 5G Redmi’s headline specifications are easier to compare, but the available official pages do not establish every Nothing specification or a matched current price.
Which Redmi Note 15 is in the comparison?
“Redmi Note 15” can mean the 4G model or the Redmi Note 15 5G. Xiaomi’s UAE page covers the non-5G model, while its Global and India pages cover the 5G model. Do not treat their specifications as interchangeable.

Performance
On paper, the Phone (3a)’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 is a higher-tier chip than the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 listed for the Redmi Note 15 5G. The non-5G Redmi uses a different Helio G100-Ultra. Chip names alone do not establish real-world speed, gaming performance, or sustained performance: no independent head-to-head testing is available here.

Screen and cameras
The Redmi Note 15 5G has a documented 6.77-inch, 120Hz AMOLED display and a 108MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), plus an 8MP ultra-wide camera. The cited official Nothing material does not supply enough matching display and camera specifications to make a complete spec-by-spec verdict. A higher megapixel count by itself also does not establish better photo quality.
Battery and protection
The listed battery capacities are 6000mAh for the UAE non-5G Redmi, 5520mAh typical for the 5G Redmi, and 5000mAh for the Phone (3a) on Nothing’s Europe page. Capacity is not a battery-life test, so these numbers do not prove which phone lasts longer in everyday use. Xiaomi’s Redmi ratings are IP64 for the UAE non-5G model and IP66 for the Global 5G model; those manufacturer ratings are not a direct comparison with the Phone (3a), whose cited official details do not establish a rating.

How to compare their prices fairly
The official product pages cited here do not establish a current, same-country price pair for equivalent storage configurations. That means there is no dependable price difference to report. A launch price, an old promotion, or an overseas listing would not answer what the two phones cost for you now.

- Choose your country and the exact Redmi variant: 4G Redmi Note 15 or Redmi Note 15 5G.
- Choose the same storage tier for both phones, where available. Xiaomi India lists the Redmi Note 15 5G with 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB configurations (Xiaomi India specifications).
- Check local sellers on the same date and record each phone’s price, currency, storage, seller, and whether the price is a temporary offer.
- Verify the exact regional model, network-band compatibility, warranty, and in-box accessories before comparing totals.
Only subtract the prices after those details match. A cheaper listing for a different Redmi variant or storage tier is not an apples-to-apples comparison.

Which phone should you choose?
- Consider the Redmi Note 15 5G if its documented 120Hz AMOLED display, OIS-equipped main camera, expandable storage (up to 1TB on Xiaomi India’s listing), or bundled 45W adapter matter to you. Xiaomi India lists 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB versions and a microSD slot; these details are specific to that regional page.
- Consider the non-5G Redmi Note 15 only if that exact regional model suits your needs: the UAE listing specifies a Helio G100-Ultra processor, 6000mAh battery, 33W charging, and IP64 rating. Do not assume it shares the 5G model’s processor or features.
- Consider the Nothing Phone (3a) if Nothing OS 3 or its listed Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 platform is what you want, then verify its local display, camera, charging, protection, storage, and price details from the product page for your market.
For any of the three, compare the regional listing rather than relying on a product name alone. Xiaomi India says its Redmi Note 15 5G box includes a USB Type-C cable and 45W adapter; package contents may differ by market. Xiaomi recommends a compatible 45W PD or Xiaomi adapter for that India model (Xiaomi India).
