The Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G is the better fit if you want a larger screen, higher rated battery capacity, faster wired charging and more storage choices. The Motorola Edge 60 Pro makes more sense if wireless charging, its listed memory and storage specification, or a lower price at the time you shop matters more. Neither phone is proven to take better photos or last longer on a charge by the specifications alone.
This comparison covers the India-market models. Before deciding, match the RAM and storage configuration and compare current offers under the same seller, warranty and deal conditions.

Specifications are from Xiaomi India and Motorola Support India. Xiaomi notes that usable memory is lower than the total because the operating system and preinstalled software use part of it. The India specifications should not be assumed to apply to models sold elsewhere.
Which phone has the better screen?
The Redmi has the larger display: 6.83 inches versus 6.7 inches on the Motorola. Both manufacturers list 1.5K resolution and refresh rates up to 120Hz. Choose the Redmi if screen size is the priority; the listed figures alone do not establish which panel looks better in brightness, colour accuracy or outdoor use.

Which one is faster?
The phones use different processors: Xiaomi lists the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, while Motorola lists the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme. Those names and process descriptions are not a like-for-like performance test. A comparison page reports Geekbench multi-core scores of 3,272 for the Redmi and 4,759 for the Motorola, but it does not provide enough testing conditions or software details to treat the numbers as a controlled result. If demanding games, sustained workloads or long-term responsiveness are decisive, look for repeatable tests of the exact India variants and software versions you plan to buy. The supplied specifications do not establish a performance winner.

Camera hardware: what the numbers do and do not tell you
Xiaomi lists a 200MP main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 32MP front camera. These are hardware specifications, not evidence that the Redmi takes better photos. Pixel count by itself does not establish detail, colour, low-light results or video quality, and the cited Motorola specification material does not provide corresponding camera details for a direct hardware comparison.

Battery capacity, charging and wireless charging
Xiaomi rates the Redmi at 6500mAh typical capacity and lists a 100W charger in the box. Motorola lists a 6000mAh battery, 90W wired charging, 15W wireless charging and 5W wired power sharing. The Redmi leads on rated capacity and wired-charger wattage; the Motorola is the only one of these two with a stated wireless-charging option.
These ratings do not predict how many hours either phone will last or how long it will take to charge. Actual results depend on usage and conditions, and the manufacturers’ figures are not a shared battery or charging test.

Storage choice
The Redmi is offered in three listed India configurations, including a 512GB option. Motorola lists 256GB storage with either 8GB or 12GB RAM. If you keep large games, videos or offline files locally, compare the exact configuration and price rather than treating the phone names as one fixed specification.
Update commitments
Motorola Support India states three OS upgrades and four years of security maintenance releases for the Edge 60 Pro. Xiaomi’s product page describes support as “4+6 years” for OS/security updates. The wording is not directly comparable by itself: confirm what each commitment means for the exact India retail model, including how the period is counted, before using it to estimate how long the phone will remain supported.

Xiaomi lists both a protective case and a 100W charger in the package contents. The cited Motorola specification page does not state whether a case or charger is included, so check the box contents for the exact retailer and SKU instead of assuming the same bundle.
Price difference: compare the offer, not an old snapshot
A 91mobiles comparison result displayed ₹39,999 for the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ and ₹30,190 for the Motorola Edge 60 Pro, with Amazon references. Those are observed listing figures, not verified checkout prices or a stable price gap: another comparison listing showed different prices. Check current offers at the time you buy, since seller, stock and deal conditions can change.
For a fair comparison, match the RAM and storage configuration, marketplace, seller class and warranty status. Separate bank discounts and exchange offers from the listed price; they can make a headline offer unavailable to a buyer who does not meet the conditions.
