There is no dependable, like-for-like price winner in the available India listings: the configurations and price snapshots do not match. Xiaomi’s India specification page gives a detailed picture of the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G, while Motorola’s surfaced India store listing confirms an Edge 60 Fusion with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage but does not provide enough technical detail for a fair spec-by-spec verdict. Compare the same storage tier and verify both prices and Motorola’s exact-variant specifications before choosing.
Which phones are being compared?
This is the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G, not the Redmi Note 14 Pro, compared with the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion. The specifications and listings below are for India. They should not be assumed to apply to other countries, where configurations, bundles, network support and prices may differ.
Xiaomi’s official India page lists three Redmi memory/storage configurations: 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB. Motorola’s India store page surfaced a 12GB/256GB Edge 60 Fusion listing. RAM and storage affect value, so compare equivalent tiers where possible; these two listings do not establish a perfectly matched configuration pair.

What do the India prices show?
The available figures are separate snapshots, not a same-time, same-seller comparison. Motorola’s official India family store page displayed ₹29,999 for the Edge 60 Fusion 12GB/256GB listing. A 91mobiles comparison page displayed ₹27,220 for the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G and ₹20,900 for the Edge 60 Fusion, with Amazon references. The third-party figures are not confirmed as matching Motorola’s 12GB/256GB configuration or the official store listing, and the pages do not explain the discrepancy.

What can be confirmed about the Edge 60 Fusion?
Motorola’s official India family store page verifies an Edge 60 Fusion listing and displays the 12GB/256GB configuration at ₹29,999. Its surfaced listing does not provide enough technical specification detail to support a balanced comparison of processor, display, battery, cameras, durability or software support. Those details should be checked on Motorola’s official product page for the exact Indian variant before they inform a buying decision.

How to choose without a false winner
Consider the Redmi if its verified features fit your priorities
- The listed 2.5× telephoto camera matters to you alongside a main and ultrawide camera.
- You want a manufacturer-listed 6200mAh typical battery and 90W wired charging, including the stated in-box charger for this India listing.
- You prefer the published 1.5K curved AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and HDR formats.
- You can select among the three memory/storage configurations Xiaomi lists, subject to local availability.
Consider the Motorola only after confirming its exact variant
- Verify the processor, screen, battery and charging, camera hardware, durability rating and software-support terms on Motorola’s official product detail page for the Indian 12GB/256GB version.
- Compare its live price with the Redmi configuration you would actually buy, using the same region, seller conditions and timing.
- Do not treat an unconfirmed third-party listing or mismatched storage tier as proof that one phone is cheaper or better value.
What the available evidence does not settle
The confirmed material does not support a complete head-to-head verdict on performance, screen quality, battery endurance, camera results, water and dust resistance, dimensions or update duration. Xiaomi’s published specifications describe listed hardware and software, not independent real-world test results. Its update wording is not precise enough to calculate a support end date. Motorola’s displayed store price is a listing, not proof of a completed sale or guaranteed offer.
