These are manufacturer specifications, not independent test results. The regional Note 17 Pro details come from Xiaomi’s UK specifications and India specifications; the Note 13 Pro 5G details come from Xiaomi’s global specifications.
Which has the better camera?
The Note 13 Pro 5G has the higher-resolution main-camera specification: 200MP with optical and electronic image stabilization. Xiaomi lists a 50MP OIS main camera and an 8MP ultrawide for the Note 17 Pro 5G on its UK page. The Note 13 Pro 5G also lists a 2MP macro camera, while the cited Note 17 Pro 5G UK page specifies a 16MP front camera.

Megapixel counts and camera hardware do not establish which phone takes better photographs. There is no controlled direct photo comparison behind these specifications, so choose based on camera modes and sample images from the exact regional models if image quality is decisive.
Is the Note 17 Pro 5G screen and battery bigger?
On Xiaomi’s global specification, the Note 13 Pro 5G has a 6.67-inch display and a 5,100mAh typical-capacity battery. Xiaomi’s India listing gives the Note 17 Pro 5G a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display and a 9,000mAh typical-capacity silicon-carbon battery. That is a listed capacity difference of 3,900mAh, but the 9,000mAh figure is specific to the India listing; check the local model before using it to compare phones.

For Spain, Cinco Días reported on September 17, 2026 that the Note 17 Pro 5G launched at €479.99 for 6GB/256GB, €499.99 for 12GB/512GB, and €549.99 for 8GB/512GB. These are reported launch prices, not confirmation of today’s checkout price.

PrecioReal’s monitored Spanish offers showed the Note 13 Pro 5G from €204.94 on October 7, 2026. The tracker says it excludes Amazon and lists multiple offers or variants; the lowest offer is not established as a match for a particular Note 17 configuration, seller, or warranty.
Subtracting €204.94 from €479.99 gives €275.05. That is only the arithmetic difference between the cited Note 17 launch price and the Note 13 tracker’s starting offer—not a guaranteed saving, matched-tier comparison, or current model-to-model price gap.

Make a fair local price comparison
- Compare phones sold in the same country, and verify the regional model and 5G network-band support with the seller or manufacturer.
- Match RAM and storage configuration, seller type, warranty, and new or refurbished condition.
- Check live stock and delivered checkout price for both phones; a launch price and a tracked lowest offer describe different things.
Is upgrading from the Note 13 Pro 5G worthwhile?
The available specifications do not establish a measured performance, battery-life, durability, or camera-quality advantage. The Note 17 Pro 5G is a more compelling candidate if your local version offers the larger screen or battery you want; the India listing, in particular, specifies a 9,000mAh typical battery. The Note 13 Pro 5G remains relevant if its listed 200MP stabilized camera hardware, IP54 rating, or a lower matched local price better fits your priorities.
