To get Reaper Rooster with Voodoo in Grow A Chicken Fighter, hatch Haunt Eggs until you have a Reaper Rooster and a Doll Hen, then fuse them while locking Doll Hen’s Voodoo skill. Voodoo must be selected in the fusion details before you confirm; otherwise, the skill may be randomized.
Required chickens and eggs
You need two chickens: Reaper Rooster, the one you want to keep, and Doll Hen, which supplies Voodoo. The result is Reaper Rooster carrying Voodoo—not a separate chicken obtained from an egg.
Both chickens are reported to hatch from Haunt Eggs. The reported rates come from guides updated in 2026, not an official drop table, so treat them as estimates that may change with game updates.

How to farm Haunt Eggs
If you do not already have a steady supply of Haunt Eggs, follow the reported egg chain. The laying rates below are reported by NerdsChalk and AllThingsHow; in-game labels and mechanics can change.

Event alternative
AllThingsHow and Pro Game Guides also report that Doll Hen and Reaper Rooster can come from Blazing Eggs during the Hot Event. The guides do not establish when that event is active or when it will return, so check the game rather than relying on this as an always-available route.
How to get the Reaper x Voodoo fusion
- Open the Flock and choose Fuse.
- Select Reaper Rooster and Doll Hen as the two chickens.
- Open the fusion details and select or lock Doll Hen’s Voodoo skill.
- Before confirming, verify that the selected chickens are correct and Voodoo is the active locked skill.
- Confirm the fusion, then inspect the resulting chicken’s skill listing to make sure Voodoo carried over.
A general fusion guide from Game.Guide says unlocked skills can be randomized between the two chickens. Locking Voodoo is therefore the important step for this build. The same guide says a fused chicken keeps the higher base stats and level, but that detail is secondary-source reporting and should not be treated as a guarantee without checking the current game.

What Voodoo does
AllThingsHow describes Voodoo as redirecting damage taken by its holder to the attacker. It reports the in-game description as: “Whatever lands on her lands on you. She is fine with the arrangement.” Because the guide does not identify a speaker, this is best understood as the reported in-game skill text, not a developer statement.

Guides suggest the Reaper Rooster and Voodoo combination for Tower runs and PvP, but they do not provide controlled comparisons establishing it as the strongest build. NerdsChalk also mentions Astro Chick as a progression option and 404 with Cycle of Ash as an alternative; these are guide recommendations rather than verified rankings.
