The realme P4 5G has the stronger specifications on paper, with a sharper 144Hz AMOLED display, a higher-tier listed chipset, an ultrawide camera, and faster charging. The iQOO Z11 Lite 44W 5G may be worth considering if its live price is substantially lower, but a reliable current price difference cannot be calculated from the available official listings: iQOO showed ₹19,999 for its 4GB/128GB version, while a current realme price was not verified.

Which phone has the better display?
The realme P4’s 1080 × 2392 AMOLED panel is substantially sharper on the listed specifications than the iQOO’s 720 × 1600 LCD. It also supports a higher refresh rate, up to 144Hz versus the iQOO listing’s 1200-nit HBM highlight. For reading, video, and scrolling, the realme’s resolution and panel type give it the clearer specification advantage; refresh-rate support alone does not guarantee that every app or situation will run at the maximum rate.

Which one is faster?
The P4 lists the Dimensity 7400 Ultra, a higher-tier platform than the iQOO’s Dimensity 6300. That makes the P4 the stronger choice on chipset specifications, but these listings do not provide an independent head-to-head performance test.
realme reports a 778,000+ AnTuTu score for the P4. This is a realme Lab claim, with no year stated on the cited page, rather than an independently verified comparison result. Treat it as a manufacturer figure, not a guarantee of performance in your apps or games.

How do their cameras differ?
Both phones list a 50MP main rear camera, but the P4 adds an 8MP ultrawide. The iQOO’s 0.08MP secondary camera is not an equivalent ultrawide option. The P4 also lists a 16MP front camera, compared with 5MP on the iQOO. These resolution figures describe the listed hardware; they do not establish which phone takes better photos in practice.

Which has the better battery and charging specifications?
The P4 lists a 7000mAh typical battery and 80W charging, while the iQOO lists 6500mAh and 44W. Those figures favor the P4 on capacity and rated charging speed, but they do not establish real-world battery life or the time required for a full charge. The realme specifications say an adapter is included; check the seller’s current box contents before buying.

What is the price difference?
A precise current difference is not established by the available official listings. iQOO’s India store showed ₹19,999 for the 4GB/128GB Z11 Lite when checked. A current official realme selling price was not verified, so subtracting or comparing against an unverified figure would be misleading.
Before deciding, compare the prices shown by the same market and, where possible, the same retailer. Match RAM and storage as closely as possible: the iQOO price above applies only to 4GB/128GB, and higher-capacity versions may cost more. Confirm the live price and exact variant at checkout.
Which phone should you choose?
Choose the realme P4 if its current price fits your budget
- You want a higher-resolution AMOLED display with a faster listed refresh rate.
- You prioritize the stronger listed chipset, an ultrawide rear camera, or a higher-resolution selfie camera.
- You prefer the larger listed battery capacity and faster rated charging.
Consider the iQOO Z11 Lite if it is meaningfully cheaper
- You are willing to accept its lower-resolution LCD and more modest listed chipset.
- The exact configuration you want is priced substantially below a comparable P4 listing.
This is a specification-based recommendation, not a claim from hands-on testing. Check current prices for matching configurations before making the value decision.
