The realme P4 Pro 5G is the slimmer, lighter option with a higher-wattage charger, a 50MP selfie camera and an 8MP ultra-wide rear camera. OPPO’s K14 Plus 5G has the larger stated battery and offers an 8GB/256GB configuration. Both list AMOLED displays with refresh rates up to 144Hz. These specifications point to different priorities, not a proven winner in performance or battery life.
A reliable current price gap cannot be established from the available listings: a 91mobiles comparison page showed ₹25,999 for the K14 Plus at Flipkart while marking the P4 Pro out of stock. That is not a matched, live price comparison. Check the same storage tier and seller terms before deciding.

Which phone has the better display?
Both manufacturers specify AMOLED panels with refresh rates up to 144Hz. The realme display is listed at 6.8 inches and 1280 × 2800; OPPO lists 17.22cm, approximately 6.78 inches, and 1272 × 2772. Their published specifications are close in size and refresh rate, so those numbers alone do not establish which screen looks better in person.
#1 Best Overall
- 167.2 x 76.6 x 7.9 mm (6.58 x 3.02 x 0.31 in)
- 201 g (7.09 oz)
- 6.74 inches, IPS LCD, 720 x 1600 pixels
- 128GB Storage, 4GB RAM, microSDXC (uses shared SIM slot)
- Android 15, Realme UI 5.0, Unisoc T7250 (12 nm), Octa-core (2x1.8 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6x1.6 GHz Cortex-A55)
Which has the more useful cameras?
Rear cameras
Both phones list a 50MP OIS main camera. The secondary cameras differ in purpose: realme lists an 8MP ultra-wide, while OPPO lists a 2MP monochrome camera. If you want a dedicated wider-angle option on the specification sheet, the P4 Pro is the more straightforward fit. Megapixel counts alone do not establish overall photo quality.
Selfies and front video
realme lists a 50MP front camera and front video up to 4K/60fps; OPPO lists a 16MP front camera and up to 1080p/30fps. On the listed resolution and video modes, the P4 Pro has the stronger front-camera specification.

Battery capacity or faster charging?
OPPO lists an 8000mAh typical battery (7780mAh rated), compared with realme’s 7000mAh typical capacity (6830mAh rated). realme, however, lists 80W charging against OPPO’s maximum 45W. The P4 Pro specification page says an adapter is included. Battery capacity and charging wattage do not by themselves prove real-world endurance or charging time.
Which is faster, and which offers more storage?
The P4 Pro lists Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, with a stated maximum clock speed of 2.8GHz. The K14 Plus lists MediaTek’s Dimensity 7360 MAX. These labels are not enough to determine which phone performs better in everyday use or sustained workloads; the cited manufacturer specifications do not provide a direct benchmark comparison.

Which phone is thinner and lighter?
realme lists the P4 Pro at about 189g and 7.68mm thick. OPPO lists the K14 Plus at about 207g and 8.4mm thick. On the manufacturers’ stated figures, the realme phone is both lighter and thinner, which may matter if you prefer a less bulky handset.

What is the price difference?
The official specification pages do not establish current prices. A 91mobiles comparison page displayed ₹25,999 for the OPPO K14 Plus at Flipkart and marked the realme P4 Pro out of stock when the page was crawled. This is a time-sensitive third-party listing, not a verified, simultaneous price pair, so it cannot establish a dependable price difference. See the 91mobiles comparison page for that listing, and confirm live seller prices yourself.
For a fair comparison, match storage configurations where possible, then check stock, bank offers and exchange conditions. A lower advertised price may reflect a different configuration or offer rather than a like-for-like discount.
Which one should you buy?
- Choose the realme P4 Pro 5G if the listed 50MP selfie camera, 4K/60fps front-video mode, 8MP ultra-wide, 80W charging, lighter body or 12GB/256GB option suits your priorities.
- Consider the OPPO K14 Plus 5G if its larger stated battery capacity or listed 8GB/256GB configuration better fits what you need.
- Compare prices before choosing if cost is decisive: verify matching storage variants and current seller terms rather than assuming a price gap from the single third-party listing.
These are specification-based distinctions, not claims that either phone is definitively faster, lasts longer in use or takes better photos. The available product pages do not establish those real-world outcomes.
Check the exact OPPO model
Do not use launch details for OPPO K14 5G as if they applied to K14 Plus 5G. OPPO’s newsroom announcement concerns the distinct K14 5G, while the K14 Plus specification page identifies model CPH3009. The newsroom’s ₹17,999 starting price and 7000mAh battery are not evidence of K14 Plus pricing or battery capacity. See OPPO’s K14 5G announcement alongside the K14 Plus specifications.
