The realme 14 Pro+ is the stronger spec-sheet upgrade: it has a newer processor, a larger and sharper display, a higher-capacity battery, and more extensive stated water- and dust-resistance tests. The realme 13 Pro+ is narrower and lighter, and both phones offer a 50MP 3× periscope camera and 80W charging. The available India price listings are from different dates, so they do not establish which phone is cheaper today.

Specifications are drawn from realme’s 13 Pro+ product page, realme India’s 14 Pro+ product page, and the respective Gadgets 360 13 Pro+ listing and 14 Pro+ listing. Weight and dimensions come from the secondary specification summaries, so check the exact Indian model and finish before relying on them.
What is different in everyday use?
The 14 Pro+ has the more substantial display upgrade
The 14 Pro+ grows from 6.7 to 6.83 inches and moves from FHD+ to 1.5K resolution. Both advertise refresh rates up to 120Hz, so the newer model’s headline display change is its size and resolution, not a higher maximum refresh rate. The larger panel may suit video and reading, while the 13 Pro+ is the more compact option of the two.
The processor is a generation newer, but speed claims need context
The Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 replaces the 7s Gen 2 in the 14 Pro+. That establishes a newer chipset generation, but the specifications here do not provide a matched independent performance test. A newer model number alone cannot tell you how much faster a particular game, app, or everyday task will feel.

Battery capacity rises; charging wattage does not
Realme lists the 14 Pro+ at 6,000mAh typical capacity, compared with 5,200mAh typical for the 13 Pro+. Both list 80W SUPERVOOC charging. The capacity difference is a meaningful specification change, but it is not a measured battery-life comparison: endurance depends on factors such as display use, network conditions, and software, and no matched independent battery test is established here.
The camera layouts are closely related
Both phones pair a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP 3× periscope camera with OIS, and an 8MP ultrawide. The named sensors differ, and the 14 Pro+ advertises features including MagicGlow flash; its front camera also advertises eye-tracking autofocus and 4K video. Those specifications do not, by themselves, prove better photos or video. Choose between them based on camera samples and tests for the kinds of shots you take, rather than megapixel count alone.

The 13 Pro+ is lighter and narrower
The secondary specification summaries report the 13 Pro+ at 185g and 73.91mm wide, versus 194g and 77.30mm for the 14 Pro+. That makes the older phone the lighter, narrower option on those figures. The 14 Pro+ is slightly thinner in the same summaries, at 8.00mm versus 8.41mm.

These ratings are not a guarantee against every kind of water exposure or damage. Follow the maker’s conditions and do not treat either phone as suitable for deliberate submersion just because a rating is listed. The 14 Pro+ has the stronger stated protection claims, but real-world outcomes depend on the phone’s condition and circumstances.

The available listings are not synchronized: Gadgets 360 reported a starting price of ₹34,999 for the 13 Pro+ on 2026-08-20, with some lower-variant listings marked out of stock. Its 14 Pro+ listing reported a ₹25,999 starting price on 2026-10-07 and identified Flipkart as the seller for the lowest listing. These are historical snapshots from different dates, and the models’ available variants or sellers may not match, so subtracting the figures would produce a misleading price difference.

Before buying, compare the same RAM and storage tier, color where possible, seller, and condition (new or refurbished) at the same time. Check current stock and any applicable bank or exchange offers separately; a headline starting price may not apply to the configuration you want.

Which realme phone should you buy?
Choose the realme 14 Pro+ if
- You want the larger, higher-resolution display.
- You prefer the newer Snapdragon generation.
- You value the higher stated battery capacity and more extensive water- and dust-resistance test claims.
- Its current price is competitive for the same storage tier and seller conditions.
Choose the realme 13 Pro+ if
- You prefer a narrower, lighter handset.
- You find it substantially cheaper than a like-for-like 14 Pro+ listing.
- You want a similar rear-camera arrangement on paper, including a 50MP 3× periscope camera, and do not need the newer model’s listed extras.
There is no defensible unconditional value winner from the dated price snapshots alone. The 14 Pro+ has the clearer specification upgrades; the 13 Pro+ makes more sense if its live like-for-like price is sufficiently lower or its smaller, lighter build better fits your priorities.
