The India-market realme P3 5G has newer listed hardware, 5G connectivity, a larger 120Hz AMOLED display and a larger battery. The realme 10 4G is smaller and lighter, with a 90Hz Super AMOLED screen. A current price difference cannot be confirmed from the available official information: the realme 10 figures are January 2022 launch prices, and the P3 sources do not establish a current selling price.

These are manufacturer-listed specifications, not results from a hands-on comparison. Battery capacity and charging wattage do not establish actual battery life or charging time; camera megapixels and listed video modes do not establish image quality. Software versions above describe the cited specification pages, not later update availability.
What the specifications mean for everyday use
5G and chipset
The P3 is the choice between these two if you need a 5G handset: the realme 10 is a 4G model. The P3 also lists the newer Snapdragon 6 Gen 4, while the realme 10 uses the Helio G99. That points to a newer platform on paper, but these specifications alone do not quantify real-world speed. Manufacturer performance or benchmark claims should not be treated as independent head-to-head test results.

Both phones have AMOLED displays with the same listed 2400 × 1080 resolution. The P3’s screen is larger, at 6.67 inches, and lists a 120Hz refresh rate; the realme 10’s 6.4-inch Super AMOLED panel lists 90Hz. The P3 offers more screen area and a higher listed refresh rate, while the realme 10 has the more compact display. The figures do not establish brightness, color accuracy or how smooth a particular app will feel.

Battery and charging
realme lists a 6000mAh typical battery and 45W charging for the P3, compared with 5000mAh and 33W for the realme 10. Those are capacity and charging specifications, not measured endurance or a guaranteed charging duration. Actual results depend on use and conditions.
Cameras and video
The listed camera resolutions are alike: both models have a 50MP primary rear camera, a 2MP secondary rear camera and a 16MP selfie camera. The specifications also distinguish their explicitly listed video modes: the P3 page lists 4K/30fps rear recording, while the realme 10 page lists 1080p/30fps front video and does not list equivalent 4K rear recording. This is a difference in the retrieved specification listings, not a judgment about overall camera quality.

Size, weight and software listings
The P3 is larger and heavier at approximately 163.15 × 75.65 × 7.97mm and 194g. The realme 10 is approximately 159.9 × 73.3 × 7.95mm and 178g, making it the more compact option on the listed measurements. The global specification pages list realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15 for the P3 and realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12 for the realme 10. Those listed starting versions do not confirm what updates either phone may receive or have received since.

What is known about the price difference
There is no established current price comparison in the cited official material. realme India’s January 9, 2022 announcement gave the realme 10 4GB/64GB a launch list price of ₹13,999 and the 8GB/128GB variant a launch price of ₹16,999. It also advertised ₹12,999 for the 4GB/64GB model under stated ICICI payment conditions. These are historical launch figures, not today’s prices. The same announcement said the 4GB/64GB model would be available starting at INR 12,999.

The official P3 pages establish the India-market model and its specifications, but do not provide a comparable current selling price. To work out today’s difference, check current listings for both phones in the same market and compare like-for-like RAM and storage configurations, seller, condition and applicable offers. Do not compare the realme 10’s old launch price with a live P3 listing as if both were current prices.
Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the realme P3 5G if 5G support matters to you, or you prefer its larger 120Hz AMOLED screen and higher listed battery capacity and charging wattage. Its India launch notice said it would debut on March 19, 2025.
- Consider the realme 10 4G if a smaller, lighter phone is more important and 4G meets your needs. Its historic launch price cannot show whether it is the better-value purchase now.
- Decide on value only after checking live prices. Use current local listings and match configurations; the sourced information does not establish today’s price gap.
