On the manufacturers’ published specifications, battery claims cluster around 90–95 hours for the Razer Viper V3 Pro at 1000 Hz, the Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro at 1000 Hz, and the Logitech G PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 under “constant motion.” CORSAIR’s M75 AIR is rated differently by wireless mode: up to 34 hours with 2.4 GHz SLIPSTREAM and up to 100 hours over Bluetooth.
Those figures are not results from a common laboratory test. Each company states its own conditions, and “up to” describes a maximum rather than guaranteed everyday runtime. The most useful comparison therefore keeps the exact model, wireless mode, polling rate and source wording attached to every number.
Official battery claims at a glance
The table below preserves the conditions stated on each manufacturer’s page. It is a specification comparison, not a head-to-head endurance test.

How long does a Razer wireless gaming mouse last?
There is no single battery-life figure for every Razer wireless mouse. In the models covered here, the answer depends especially on polling rate. At 1000 Hz, Razer rates the Viper V3 Pro for up to 95 hours and the DeathAdder V3 Pro for up to 90 hours. At 8000 Hz, both models are listed at up to 17 hours.
For the Viper V3 Pro, Razer publishes four separate values rather than one invariant maximum:
| Polling rate | Viper V3 Pro official claim |
|---|---|
| 1000 Hz | Up to 95 hours |
| 2000 Hz | Up to 62 hours |
| 4000 Hz | Up to 40 hours |
| 8000 Hz | Up to 17 hours |
That spread is the central battery consideration for the Viper V3 Pro. Buying the mouse because it says “95 hours” while operating it at 4000 or 8000 Hz would create an expectation the specification does not support. The 95-hour figure belongs to the 1000 Hz setting.

What the polling-rate figures mean in practice
Polling rate is how often the mouse reports its position to the computer, expressed in reports per second. A 1000 Hz setting reports up to 1000 times per second; higher settings request updates more frequently. More frequent wireless communication and processing can draw more power, which is why Razer lists progressively shorter maximum runtimes at 2000, 4000 and 8000 Hz.
Choose the polling rate for the way you use the mouse, not simply the largest available number. If long intervals between charges matter more than the highest report frequency, the Viper’s own table makes 1000 Hz the endurance-oriented setting. If you select a higher rate for a particular game or display setup, use the corresponding 62-, 40- or 17-hour claim as your planning reference.

Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro: the ergonomic-model reference
Razer Support lists the DeathAdder V3 Pro at up to 90 hours at 1000 Hz and up to 17 hours at 8000 Hz. The source page was updated in 2026. These numbers are close to the Viper V3 Pro’s 1000 Hz and 8000 Hz claims, but the two mice remain different products with different shapes and hardware.
For a battery-focused comparison, the important point is that the DeathAdder does not retain its 90-hour maximum when operated at 8000 Hz. The published range is 90 hours at the lower rate versus 17 hours at the highest rate listed by Razer. Do not use the DeathAdder specification as a proxy for the Viper’s intermediate 2000 and 4000 Hz settings; Razer’s cited DeathAdder page does not provide those values in the supplied specification.
Logitech G PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2: a 95-hour claim under “constant motion”
Logitech G lists the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 at 95 hours under the condition “Constant motion.” That headline number is numerically close to the Viper V3 Pro’s 95-hour claim at 1000 Hz, but the wording matters. Logitech identifies the usage condition as constant motion, while Razer identifies the Viper values by polling rate.
Because the pages do not describe a shared protocol, the two 95-hour numbers cannot establish that either mouse lasts longer in ordinary play. They indicate that both manufacturers publish a similar maximum under their respective stated conditions. Factors such as the selected settings, wireless activity and how the mouse is used can make an individual owner’s runtime differ from either headline.
When recording the Logitech figure in a buying comparison, retain the qualifier exactly: “95 hours under constant motion.” Removing that phrase turns a conditional specification into a broader promise than Logitech made.

CORSAIR M75 AIR: separate 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth results
CORSAIR’s M75 AIR page gives two mode-specific claims: “2.4GHz SLIPSTREAM: Up to 34hrs | Bluetooth®: Up to 100hrs.” These are not interchangeable figures.
2.4 GHz SLIPSTREAM
The 2.4 GHz rating is up to 34 hours. Use this number when comparing the M75 AIR with the Razer and Logitech mice as a gaming-wireless device, because it refers to CORSAIR’s dedicated SLIPSTREAM mode. It is substantially lower than the 90–95-hour 1000 Hz claims published for the two Razer models and Logitech’s constant-motion figure, but the sources do not prove that the products were measured under matching test conditions.
Bluetooth
Bluetooth is rated at up to 100 hours. That is the M75 AIR’s higher maximum, but it describes a different radio mode. Bluetooth can be useful for compatible computers and mobile devices, especially when minimizing charging is the priority. It should not be presented as the M75 AIR’s 2.4 GHz gaming endurance or used to claim that CORSAIR wins a standardized battery test.
When a specification lists multiple modes, always ask which mode you will actually use. A 100-hour Bluetooth maximum cannot answer how long the mouse lasts while connected through 2.4 GHz SLIPSTREAM.
Why manufacturer numbers are not a controlled winner’s ranking
All four sets of figures are manufacturer specifications. Razer supplies several Viper values tied to polling rate, Razer Support supplies two DeathAdder values, Logitech supplies a constant-motion result, and CORSAIR separates its two wireless modes. None of the cited pages establishes a common battery capacity, operating pattern, sensor setting, lighting condition, sleep behavior or test duration shared across brands.

For that reason, it is accurate to say that the published claims cluster near 90–95 hours for specific 1000 Hz or constant-motion cases, and that the M75 AIR ranges from 34 hours in 2.4 GHz mode to 100 hours in Bluetooth mode. It is not accurate to declare a measured cross-brand winner from these pages alone. No named independent, standardized head-to-head battery statistic is established by the sources used here.
How to compare wireless mouse battery life fairly
- Match the exact model. Keep Viper V3 Pro, DeathAdder V3 Pro, PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 and M75 AIR separate. A different shape or generation can use different hardware and have a different claim.
- Match the wireless mode. Compare CORSAIR’s 2.4 GHz SLIPSTREAM figure with other dedicated gaming-wireless figures; list Bluetooth separately.
- Record the polling rate. For the Viper and DeathAdder, write the rate beside the hours. “95 hours” without “at 1000 Hz” is incomplete.
- Preserve the condition wording. Logitech’s “constant motion” is part of the specification, not optional marketing text.
- Keep “up to” attached to the number. A maximum is not a guarantee of typical runtime for every owner.
- Separate specifications from testing. A manufacturer claim can describe the product’s target performance, but it is not evidence of a shared independent test unless such a test is explicitly reported.
Choosing by your priority
You want the longest published 2.4 GHz gaming claim
Among the figures listed here, the Viper V3 Pro’s up to 95 hours at 1000 Hz, the DeathAdder V3 Pro’s up to 90 hours at 1000 Hz and the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2’s 95 hours under constant motion are the relevant long-runtime claims. They are close enough that the published pages alone should not determine the purchase. Shape, weight, sensor behavior, software controls and price may matter more, but those characteristics are outside this battery comparison.
You intend to use 4000 or 8000 Hz polling
Use the Viper’s rate-specific values rather than its headline maximum: up to 40 hours at 4000 Hz and up to 17 hours at 8000 Hz. The DeathAdder is likewise listed at up to 17 hours at 8000 Hz. A high polling-rate setting changes the charging interval you should expect from the published specification.
You mainly need Bluetooth endurance
The M75 AIR’s up to 100 hours over Bluetooth is the highest single maximum in this comparison, but it is mode-specific. It answers a Bluetooth-use case, not a 2.4 GHz SLIPSTREAM gaming-use case. Confirm that your computer or device supports the connection mode you plan to use.
You want one figure that is easy to compare
There is no perfectly equivalent single number across these products. The cleanest summary is to write the condition with every value: Viper, 95 hours at 1000 Hz; DeathAdder, 90 hours at 1000 Hz; Logitech, 95 hours under constant motion; M75 AIR, 34 hours on 2.4 GHz or 100 hours on Bluetooth. That format prevents the most common misreading.

Planning around the published runtime
Use the claim that matches your chosen settings as a planning ceiling, then leave margin for your own usage. For example, a Viper owner using 8000 Hz should plan around the listed 17-hour maximum rather than the 95-hour 1000 Hz figure. A M75 AIR owner using SLIPSTREAM should plan around 34 hours, even though the same product page lists 100 hours for Bluetooth.
Runtime can also be affected by conditions that differ from a vendor’s setup, including how continuously the mouse is moving, how often it communicates with the receiver, and power-management behavior. The supplied specifications do not provide a universal formula for converting their maximums into a guaranteed number of days or weeks, so avoid promising a fixed charging schedule.
Battery-life checklist before you buy
- Identify the exact model and regional edition.
- Check the manufacturer’s current specification page, since product details can change.
- Write down the wireless mode you will use most often.
- For a high-polling-rate mouse, record the runtime at that specific rate.
- Look for “up to” and other condition words in the same line as the number.
- Do not combine a Bluetooth maximum with a 2.4 GHz gaming comparison.
- Treat vendor figures as specifications, not as an independent ranking.
Bottom line
Razer’s Viper V3 Pro is rated up to 95 hours at 1000 Hz, but its published maximum falls to 62 hours at 2000 Hz, 40 hours at 4000 Hz and 17 hours at 8000 Hz. The DeathAdder V3 Pro is rated up to 90 hours at 1000 Hz and 17 hours at 8000 Hz. Logitech’s PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 is listed at 95 hours under constant motion. CORSAIR’s M75 AIR is rated up to 34 hours on 2.4 GHz SLIPSTREAM and up to 100 hours on Bluetooth.

Those numbers answer different conditions, so they should be read side by side with their qualifiers rather than converted into a definitive brand ranking. For the most meaningful decision, choose the model and wireless mode you will actually use, then use the matching polling-rate or mode-specific figure to set your charging expectations.
