Only the gray Razer Iskur V2 NewGen is listed with ultra-breathable fabric; the other colors use Gen-2 EPU leather with CoolTouch technology. That makes “actually breathes” a qualified claim, not a description that applies equally to every version. Razer also adds perforated dual-density foam, but the available sources do not publish controlled airflow or temperature results for the chair.
Does the Iskur V2 NewGen actually breathe?
It depends on the upholstery. Razer’s support specifications identify ultra-breathable fabric on the Dark Gray variant and Gen-2 EPU leather with CoolTouch technology on the other variants. Razer’s US product page labels its gray selection Light Gray, so confirm the local listing and exact SKU rather than assuming the color name is consistent across regions. The leather versions have cooling-oriented design features: CoolTouch EPU leather and a perforated dual-density foam cushion. Those features are not the same as mesh, and the cited product information does not include a measured airflow or temperature result. Fit and adjustments to check before buying
Razer recommends the chair for people 160–200 cm (5.3–6.6 ft) tall and up to 136 kg (299 lb). It lists a HyperFlex lumbar support system, 4D armrests, a memory-foam headrest pillow, a frog tilt mechanism, and recline up to 152 degrees. Razer Support gives the approximate chair weight as 27.6 kg (60.8 lb); its specifications were updated April 12, 2026. Before purchase, compare your own height and preferred seating position with Razer’s recommended range, and consider whether you need adjustable lumbar support and armrests. The available specifications do not establish seat dimensions, so consult the retailer or regional product listing if seat width or depth is essential to your fit decision.

Who should consider it?
- Consider the gray fabric version if breathable upholstery is your priority, after verifying the material for the exact regional SKU.
- Consider an EPU leather version if you want its listed CoolTouch treatment and perforated cushion, while recognizing that these features do not establish mesh-equivalent airflow.
- Look at mesh chairs as well if maximizing airflow matters more to you than this chair’s particular ergonomics. The cited sources do not establish a universal best choice between mesh and the Iskur V2 NewGen.
