RayNeo Air 4 Pro glasses display video from a compatible phone, tablet, laptop, or console on a virtual screen. The advertised 201-inch size describes the apparent image—not a physical panel—and RayNeo says it is viewed from 6 meters. Direct connection requires USB-C with DisplayPort video output; HDMI sources need RayNeo’s HDMI Adapter. RayNeo lists the Standard Edition at a $299 regular price, but that does not confirm the current price or availability on Amazon.

What the 201-inch virtual screen actually means

The Air 4 Pro uses small displays in glasses to present an image that appears much larger than the hardware. RayNeo specifies a 0.6-inch SeeYa Micro-OLED panel and describes the resulting virtual screen as 201 inches when viewed from 6 meters. The 201-inch figure is therefore an apparent-screen claim, not the size of a physical display built into the glasses.

The glasses are an external display, not a standalone computer or streaming device. RayNeo says basic viewing works without Wi-Fi or an app, and that the glasses draw power from the connected device. You still need a compatible source to provide the video.

How to connect a phone, laptop, or console

For a direct connection, the source must output video over USB-C using DisplayPort. A USB-C port by itself does not guarantee compatibility: check the exact phone, tablet, or computer specifications for DisplayPort video output, also called DisplayPort Alt Mode. RayNeo says compatible smartphones, tablets, laptops, and PCs can connect directly over supported USB-C.

USB-C devices

Connect the glasses to a compatible USB-C video-output port. Before buying, confirm both that the device supports DisplayPort video over that port and that its operating system and hardware can provide the display mode you need. The connector shape alone is not enough to establish support.

HDMI devices and consoles

For an HDMI-only video source, RayNeo lists its HDMI Adapter. RayNeo also lists JoyDock for gaming setups, including a Switch-focused bundle. These are optional accessories, not evidence that every console needs the same adapter; check the source device’s output and the accessory’s stated compatibility before choosing a setup.

Standalone viewing and accessories

If you want a separate streaming source rather than connecting a phone or computer, RayNeo lists Pocket TV as a bundle option. The company also lists a USB-C Charging Adapter, Sound Tube, and prescription inserts through Lensology. These are optional items; package contents can vary by edition, so confirm what is included with the specific listing.

3D is not the same as a screen anchored in space

RayNeo says the Air 4 Pro does not support 3DoF spatial anchoring. Its 3D label refers to stereoscopic 3D content and 2D-to-3D conversion, not a head-tracked screen that stays fixed at a chosen location in the room as you move. RayNeo distinguishes this fixed-display behavior from GT models that offer pinned, steady, or follow modes.

What the $299 price claim means

RayNeo’s US product page lists $299 as the Standard Edition’s regular price. Its page snapshot also showed a promotional sale price, which may change; it does not establish what Amazon is charging now. RayNeo named Amazon as a sales channel in its launch announcement, but a current Amazon offer, stock status, edition, and price should be checked on the live listing.

The frequently cited Amazon discount was time-limited: RayNeo announced a Prime Day price of $239.20, reduced from $299, for June 23–26, 2026. That promotion has expired. At launch in March 2026, RayNeo stated MSRP of $299 in North America, €339 in the EU, and £289 in the UK; its first-month early-bird prices were $249, €299, and £249, respectively. Those launch promotions are historical and should not be treated as current prices.

Who should consider the Air 4 Pro?

  • It may suit you if you want a personal external display for a source device that supports DisplayPort video over USB-C, or you are prepared to use the appropriate HDMI accessory.
  • Check carefully if you expect a fully standalone streaming device, a screen pinned in place as you move, or guaranteed compatibility based only on a USB-C connector.
  • Budget for the complete setup: the glasses’ listed regular price does not include an adapter or other optional accessory unless the retailer’s package details explicitly say so.

RayNeo’s MWC 2026 availability announcement gives launch pricing, while its June 2026 Prime Day announcement records the now-expired Amazon promotion.
