Zoho Commerce is a hosted ecommerce platform for businesses building and managing online stores. Its scope extends from visual storefront creation and customizable themes to product variants, inventory, orders, payments, shipping, marketing, and analytics. It also supports abandoned-cart recovery, digital downloads, social selling, multi-currency checkout, and mobile administration through iOS and Android apps. The product is a strong fit for small businesses that want commerce capabilities alongside the Zoho ecosystem, while its plans also address B2B and larger ecommerce operations.
The plan structure adds capability in stages. Standard includes an online store builder, free hosting, 500 product listings, and a 0% transaction fee. Professional adds digital downloads, live shipping rates, two-currency checkout, and automatic discounts. Premium introduces B2B features, price lists, quote requests, and inventory locations. Plus adds premium ecommerce features, purchasing, unit-of-measure conversion, and barcode generation. There is no free plan, but a 14-day free trial is available. Businesses should compare the plan-specific features against their catalog, shipping, currency, and purchasing requirements before choosing a tier.
Zoho Commerce is particularly well suited to organizations already using Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, or Zoho Flow. Additional integrations include Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Google Analytics, Google Shopping, and Mailchimp, giving the platform a practical connection point across commerce, finance, customer management, payments, analytics, shopping discovery, and email marketing. Its feature breadth is a strength, but businesses seeking broader platform coverage than web and mobile apps should consider an alternative. Choose Zoho Commerce for a connected, hosted store with inventory and order operations; avoid it if a free plan or wider platform coverage is essential.
