Zirtola Email Cleanup Tool review
A low-cost Outlook add-in for grouping and clearing large email volumes.

Zirtola Email Cleanup Tool is a COM add-in for Microsoft Outlook on Windows. It is designed for people who want to reduce inbox clutter directly inside their existing Outlook folders, without setting up a separate mailbox account. Users can group messages by sender, size, or age, then apply bulk archive, delete, or move actions. The tool is aimed at Classic Outlook users managing large collections of email and supports processing thousands of messages in one pass.
Pricing is straightforward: the Lifetime license costs $9.99 as a one-time payment. It includes lifetime access, an instant download, and activation on five devices. A seven-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. For an individual or household using Classic Outlook across several Windows devices, the license structure keeps the purchase simple. The value is less relevant for organizations that need recurring administration, broader mailbox coverage, or a plan designed around multiple supported platforms.
Platform compatibility is the main decision point. Zirtola runs inside Classic Outlook for Windows and integrates with Microsoft Outlook through its COM add-in format. It does not support New Outlook, Outlook for Mac, or Outlook on the web, so users on those versions should choose another cleanup tool. Its focus is also narrower than products that combine bulk cleanup with unsubscribe management. Choose Zirtola when the priority is sorting and clearing a Classic Outlook inbox by practical message criteria; avoid it if cross-platform support or unsubscribe tools are essential.
