Ziggo Mail review
A capable bundled mailbox service for Ziggo Internet subscribers, not standalone email buyers.

Ziggo Mail is a personal email service included with a Ziggo Internet subscription. It combines browser-based webmail with contacts, calendar, tasks and Drive sections, while also supporting desktop and mobile email applications. Ziggo customers can create up to six email addresses, manage aliases through Mijn Ziggo, and receive 5 GB of email storage per account. The service is aimed at solo users and small households already choosing Ziggo Internet rather than people seeking an independent mailbox provider.
Pricing is tied to four listed Internet plans. Internet 200 Mbit/s starts at €41.95 per month, Internet 500 Mbit/s costs €48.95 per month, Internet 1 Gbit/s costs €54.95 per month, and Internet 2 Gbit/s costs €59.95 per month. Each plan provides Ziggo Mail access, so the subscription covers internet service as well as email. This structure makes the service practical when email is part of a broader Ziggo package, but less suitable when the main requirement is a low-cost email account on its own.
Platform support is broad for a bundled service: Ziggo Mail works through the web and on Windows, iOS and Android, with Outlook, Apple Mail and Mozilla Thunderbird supported through IMAP, POP and SMTP. CalDAV and CardDAV support extend compatibility for calendar and contact applications. Attachments can reach 20 MB, while files up to 4 GB can be shared through Drive links. Automatic forwarding, absence notifications and two-step authentication add useful account controls. Choose Ziggo Mail if you want multiple addresses and standard client access alongside Ziggo Internet; choose another service if standalone email, a larger mailbox or direct attachments above 20 MB matter more.
