A practical commerce platform for Nigerian merchants needing local payments, delivery and WhatsApp orders.

Zerrar is a hosted ecommerce platform for merchants selling through branded storefronts, WhatsApp and social channels. It is aimed at solo sellers, small teams, multi-branch businesses and established merchants, with a particular fit for Nigerian commerce operations. The platform combines product catalogs, custom domains, order capture, local payments, delivery coordination, inventory, customer records, analytics and APIs. It also includes a marketplace where buyers can discover vendors across categories such as fashion, beauty, hair, jewelry, wellness and home.
Pricing follows a freemium structure. The Free plan supports a WhatsApp storefront, up to 20 products, WhatsApp and manual order entry, invoice and receipt generation, basic inventory tracking and cash-sales POS. Starter adds unlimited products, three staff accounts, Moniepoint terminal integration, 500 WhatsApp broadcast messages per month, a customer database and expense tracking. Pro adds up to three branches, five staff accounts, multiple POS terminals per branch, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, VAT-compliant receipts and tax reports. Growth extends this to five branches and ten staff accounts, with advanced inventory, wholesale pricing, multi-currency support and a dedicated WhatsApp support group. Paid plans start at ₦8,000 per month.
Its strongest fit is an omnichannel operation that needs local payment processors and delivery partners in one system. Paystack, Monnify and Flutterwave cover payments, while Sendbox, GIG and Kwik support delivery workflows that include quotes, booking, tracking and returns. Instagram, Facebook, webhooks and a REST API broaden its selling and integration options. Inventory includes variants, SKUs and low-stock alerts, while customer order history, lifetime-value tracking and revenue, product, conversion and fulfillment analytics support ongoing management. Choose Zerrar when WhatsApp, local payments and delivery are central; consider an alternative if you need a broader platform with deeper features or more than five inventory locations.
