Zenkit Projects is a project-management application for teams working across Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and other workflows. It combines tasks, subtasks, checklists, assignments, due dates, reminders, custom fields, and customizable workflows with dashboards that show task, project, and progress information. Its audience is broad: visual teams can switch among Kanban, Gantt, list, calendar, hierarchy, table, and mind-map views, while managers can coordinate resources across projects and organize work through reports, filters, sorting, and grouping.

The product’s main strength is breadth of planning and collaboration tools. Workflow automation can respond to task or data changes, and teams can share files, collaborate, assign user roles, and apply access controls. Integrations include Zapier, Integrately, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Dropbox, Gmail, Google Sheets, Trello, Asana, Clockify, Everhour, TimeCamp, and Toggl Track. Web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android support make it suitable for teams that move between desktop and mobile work. Choose Zenkit Projects when different stakeholders need different ways to view the same project rather than a single fixed workflow.

The plan structure scales from a free plan and a 14-day free trial into tiers with increasingly specialized capabilities. Personal includes recurring tasks, two-factor authentication, and automation. Plus adds Kanban, Gantt, team calendar, team chat, and file system features for up to 10 users; Team provides those collaboration features for unlimited users. Business adds API access, activity audit, SCIM provisioning, SAML SSO, premium support, and centralized group management. Enterprise adds custom quotas, dedicated success management, enterprise API, tailored onboarding, a service-level agreement, and additional payment options. Smaller teams may prefer the simpler tiers, while organizations needing advanced identity, audit, or onboarding controls should consider Business or Enterprise.
