zcal is an online appointment scheduling product for individuals, consultants, coaches, service providers and teams. It creates shareable booking pages connected to work and personal calendars, checks availability across connected calendars, and adds confirmed events to calendars. Scheduling options include one-to-one meetings, group events, collective scheduling, round-robin team scheduling and meeting polls. Custom booking questions, automated confirmations, reminders and Stripe payment collection extend it beyond a basic booking link.
The Free Forever plan is the clearest entry point. It includes unlimited links, unlimited calendar accounts, meeting polls, email reminders, group events and Stripe integration. Pro adds team scheduling, round-robin events, collective events, SMS reminders, multiple email reminders and webhooks. Business includes everything in Pro, plus custom domains, custom email domains, unlimited teams and twice the SMS credits. A 14-day free trial is also listed.
