Yeastar P-Series Cloud Edition is a hosted business phone and unified communications system for organizations moving calling, routing, voicemail, collaboration, and integrations into the cloud. It suits teams that need more than basic calling, including multi-level, multilingual, or time-based IVR, DID-based inbound routing, queues, ring groups, call recording, and voicemail transcription. Linkus provides web, desktop, mobile, and Chrome clients, while AI capabilities include call transcription, summaries, text-to-speech, and an AI receptionist.

The published plans show two subscription options. Enterprise includes a cloud PBX subscription, expandable extensions, 500 minutes of call recording capacity, and a one-time AI transcription quota. Ultimate adds a larger one-time AI transcription quota, video calling, and video conferencing while retaining the other listed Enterprise highlights. A 30-day trial is available, and commercial configuration starts at five extensions. This structure fits teams comparing feature tiers around collaboration and transcription needs, but organizations that require publicly displayed plan amounts will need to work through Yeastar’s sales process.

Platform coverage is a central strength. Users can connect through web, iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and the Chrome extension, while integrations cover CRM systems, helpdesk systems, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and SIP trunk providers. That breadth makes the system a practical fit for teams with mixed devices or existing business software. Choose it for cloud PBX features, AI-assisted call handling, and broad client coverage; consider another option if you want a free plan or straightforward self-serve pricing.
