Yasan Launcher replaces the Android home screen with Spaces that can change what appears according to activity, schedule, location, and usage patterns. It is aimed at people who want separate home-screen arrangements for different routines, plus app predictions and configurable controls. Users can set app visibility and icon packs per Space, and the launcher also includes dashboards with widgets and folders, notification dots, grayscale, and digital-wellbeing controls. It is currently free through Google Play, and its developer describes it as a research preview that may change significantly.

Its distinguishing angle is the combination of context-aware Spaces and on-device usage-pattern learning. App predictions draw on those patterns, while advanced search covers apps, web searches, definitions, and calculations. Configurable gestures add shortcuts, and the Automation Bridge communicates with third-party apps through Android broadcasts; Tasker and Automate are listed integrations. This makes the launcher a fit for users who want their home screen to adapt and who are interested in connecting launcher actions with automation tools. It is less compelling for someone seeking only a simple static app grid.

The current Free plan includes the launcher features available now. The developer says paid features may be introduced later, so the present free availability should not be taken as a promise that every future feature will remain free. Icon-pack selection is documented, but icon customization is basic. The research-preview status is also relevant for anyone who depends on a stable, settled launcher experience. Yasan is best suited to solo Android users comfortable with an evolving product; those prioritizing a mature, predictable setup may prefer an alternative.
