xtelsio CTI Client is a Windows desktop application for computer telephony integration. It is designed for users who need caller information, click-to-dial tools and call handling connected to phones, PBXs and business applications. The software supports TAPI-enabled PBXs, Asterisk, FRITZ!Box, supported SIP phones and softphones. Its audience includes Windows-based offices that want classic CTI functions, particularly teams working with Outlook, shared phonebooks and established on-premises telephony systems.

Pricing is structured around workstation licenses. The Standard plan includes a workstation license, while Professional adds an integrated SIP softphone and additional telephony connectors. An upgrade plan is available for moving from Standard to Professional. According to the vendor's pricing details, the starting price is 33 EUR one-time, and a 30-day trial is available. This model may suit organizations that prefer a one-time software cost over recurring subscriptions, although each workstation and the required telephony environment still need to fit the deployment.

The feature set is broad for a desktop CTI client. Incoming calls can trigger caller information displays and screen pops, while users can dial from email, web pages, spreadsheets, hotkeys and URLs. Call controls include answering, consultation, transfer, conferencing, hold and hang-up. Classic Outlook supports dialing, contact pop-ups and journal logging, and the call journal includes duration, status and search filtering. Phonebooks can draw from Outlook, Google Contacts, CardDAV, ODBC, LDAP, CSV and other sources, with additional interworking for applications, scripts, documents and URLs. Choose xtelsio CTI Client if Windows and on-premises deployment match your environment; consider an alternative if you need a cloud-first, cross-platform CTI service.
