Xorro-Q is an audience response system for teachers, trainers, presenters and institutions that need more than simple live polling. Facilitators can create live or self-paced activities using multiple-choice, text, numeric, hotspot, labeling and Likert-scale questions. Participants respond through a browser on phones, tablets or computers, while facilitators view participation, engagement, feedback, reports and assessments. Anonymous or identified activities support different classroom, training and presentation formats.

Its plan structure is organized around simultaneous participant capacity. Q30 supports up to 30 participants, followed by Q100, Q300 and Q1k for up to 100, 300 and 1000 participants respectively. The published plans are annual subscriptions, and the free Facilitator access includes up to 100 questions per month. This makes the product suitable for structured assessment programs that need recurring activities, question banks and reporting, while larger sessions require a higher-capacity plan. Buyers should match the plan to peak audience size rather than typical smaller sessions.

Xorro-Q’s main distinction is its breadth of assessment and participation tools. Automated assessment, targeted feedback, live wordclouds, response heatmaps, institution-wide dashboards and exportable reports extend its use beyond one-off polls. The question bank adds categorization, tagging, search and sharing, while Q-Launcher works alongside PowerPoint, interactive whiteboard software and other desktop software. LMS connectivity is available through LTI, and the software supports web, Windows, macOS and Android. Choose Xorro-Q when assessment depth, institutional reporting and varied response formats matter; a simpler polling product may be a better fit for occasional, low-complexity questions.
