Xnapper is a screenshot capture and editing app for Mac users who want presentation-ready images without a separate design workflow. It captures regions and windows, then applies automatic balancing and background styling. Editing tools include text, arrows, shapes, blur and sensitive-information redaction; on-device text recognition lets users copy text from screenshots. There is also a separate iPhone and iPad app, and the Mac app includes screenshot history, presets and custom settings.

Its main distinction is the combination of automatic polish and practical editing in a focused capture tool. Users can style screenshots with background colors or gradients, annotate them, and redact sensitive details before sharing or saving. Text recognition runs on-device through macOS Vision. Dropbox is the listed integration, but cloud sharing is not available, so Xnapper is a better fit for preparing image files than for teams seeking built-in hosted sharing. PNG is the listed export format.

Xnapper is free to use with a watermark. Paid perpetual Mac licenses remove it: Basic costs $29.99 one-time for one macOS device; Personal is $54.99 for two devices; Standard is $79.99 for three. Each includes one year of updates. Team costs $5 per device per month with annual billing and automatic renewal. Choose Xnapper if screenshot styling, redaction and OCR matter more than capture breadth or cloud delivery. Those needing scrolling capture or built-in cloud sharing should look elsewhere.
