Wyzed is a web-based learning management and staff-compliance platform for organizations managing recurring training. It is particularly suited to NDIS, aged-care and corporate teams that need structured assignments, completion records and audit-ready reporting. Administrators can use prebuilt training libraries or create custom courses, modules, policies, quizzes and induction content. Learners receive training links by email or SMS and can access them through mobile browsers.

Pricing is organized by user volume and billed annually. The Up to 100 users plan costs AUD 96 per user per year. The 100+ users plan costs AUD 72 per user per year. Both published price tiers include all 140+ modules, role-based automations, system connections, unlimited one-to-one support and done-for-you setup. The 200+ users plan includes the same listed features, while its price is not shown. There is no free plan, so Wyzed is designed for organizations ready to adopt a paid training system rather than trial a free tier.

Its strongest fit is compliance-heavy training operations. Role-based pathways, recurring renewals, expiry reminders, assessments, certificates, licence and qualification tracking, and compliance reporting cover the administrative work that follows mandatory learning. The open API and single sign-on support connections with HR systems, CRMs and rostering systems. The main limitation is platform access: Wyzed is web-based and supports mobile browsers, but it does not provide a dedicated mobile app. Teams needing structured compliance workflows, integrations and ongoing support should consider it; organizations prioritizing a native mobile experience may prefer an alternative.
