wpDataTables is a WordPress plugin for creating, managing, and publishing interactive tables and charts in posts and pages. It is suited to businesses, educators, marketers, web developers, agencies, and organizations that need structured data displayed on WordPress websites. Data can come from MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Excel, CSV, Google Sheets, PHP arrays, JSON, XML, APIs, and other supported sources. The web-based product is focused on publishing data inside WordPress rather than serving as a broad analytics environment.
Its feature set covers the main needs of interactive table publishing: filtering, searching, sorting, pagination, URL pre-filtering, conditional formatting, calculated totals, custom column types, and several editing modes. Server-side processing and lazy loading address large tables, while responsive layouts, fixed headers, fixed columns, and scrolling support different page layouts. Tables can export to CSV, Excel, PDF, copy, and print formats. Charts can use Google Charts, Highcharts, Chart.js, ApexCharts, and Highcharts Stock, with charts linked to table filters. Builder integrations include Elementor, Divi, Avada, WPBakery, and Gutenberg, alongside integrations such as WooCommerce and Advanced Custom Fields.
The published plans show Starter, Standard, Pro, and Developer options with either premium support and monthly updates or lifetime support and updates. In the first group, Starter includes unlimited tables and charts for one domain, Standard covers one domain, Pro covers up to three domains, and Developer covers unlimited domains. The lifetime options list one domain for Starter and Standard, up to three domains for Pro, and unlimited domains for Developer. Choose wpDataTables when WordPress is the publishing destination and interactive data presentation is the priority. Consider an alternative when the primary need is broad analytics beyond WordPress or AI-assisted functionality.
