Workspace Geek is cloud-based coworking and flexible-workspace management software from Morningstar Software Inc. It is designed for operators managing memberships, meeting rooms, day passes, virtual office services, billing, sales leads, proposals, member communications, and workspace operations. Its feature set covers scheduling, a white-labeled member portal, CRM, kiosk check-in, delivery notifications, network services, and reporting, making it a fit for small coworking centers that need more than room booking alone.
Pricing starts with Starter at $75 per location per month on a monthly basis. Starter includes meeting room bookings, billing and invoicing, a reporting tool, access to integrations, FedEx shipments, and basic support. Pro costs $175 per location per month monthly or $157.50 with annual billing, adding a payment gateway and multi-location support. Enterprise costs $250 monthly or $225 with annual billing and lists the same highlighted features as Pro. Enterprise + supports multiple locations with an estimate from sales. The published plans show pricing by location, while Starter is oriented toward a single location and member capacity under 100.
Workspace Geek stands out for combining operational, commercial, and infrastructure features. Operators can manage meeting-room scheduling, recurring bookings, online sales, leads, tours, proposals, onboarding, occupancy, revenue, usage, network services, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and VoIP management. Integrations with QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Calendar, and HubSpot support common accounting, payments, calendar, and CRM workflows. Small operators should consider it when they want broad coworking operations at a clearly stated starting price. Teams needing web access only, separately quoted door access control, or payment gateway functionality at the Starter level should compare the higher tiers or alternatives.
