WorkinTool Video Merger combines clips into one file through a Windows application or a browser-based tool. It suits Windows and web users who want editing controls as well as straightforward merging. The desktop app supports formats including MP4, AVI, FLV, MOV, MKV and WMV; both paths include a way to join video, but their format and batch constraints differ.
The desktop version offers split, crop, aspect-ratio, flip and rotate controls, plus settings for resolution, bitrate, encoder and FPS. Its merger has no stated file-size or file-count limit. The online tool does not require installation or signup and allows clip reordering, but supports MP4 and MKV, up to four videos per operation, and a 10 MB limit per file. Online uploads are automatically removed within 24 hours. Choose desktop for larger or more flexible merge jobs; the browser tool fits smaller tasks where quick access matters more than batch size.
The Free Version has no ads or watermark, but limits video output length to 2 minutes and includes 24/5 email support. Lifetime, Annual and Monthly plans each include unlimited use of 50+ features and exportable output; Lifetime specifies permanent use, while Annual and Monthly specify unlimited output length. Each paid plan covers one PC. The online merger is advertised as free, separately from the desktop free version. According to the vendor's pricing page, plan prices were not rendered at research time, so buyers should compare current terms before choosing a paid option. This product is a fit for users who value editing controls and Windows desktop flexibility; those needing unrestricted free output or larger browser batches should look elsewhere.
