Wispr Flow is voice-to-text software for individuals and teams who dictate emails, documents, messages, notes, and code. It works across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, with speech-to-text in more than 100 languages. Its core dictation features remove filler words, add punctuation, format lists, and support spoken corrections through Backtrack. Personal dictionaries, custom vocabulary, snippets, writing styles, and Command Mode make it suited to users who want more control than basic voice typing.

The pricing structure covers individual, team, and enterprise needs. The Free plan costs $0 per month and includes dictation in any app, 100+ languages, dictionaries and snippets, plus limited Notetaker access. Pro costs $15 per user per month with monthly billing or $12 per user per month with annual billing; it adds unlimited dictations, longer Notetaker history, shared dictionaries and snippets, centralized billing and user management, and priority support. Growth costs $23 per user per month for dictation only or $33 per user per month for dictation plus Notetaker with monthly billing. These tiers add administration, SAML SSO, organization-wide HIPAA enforcement, and usage reporting, while the broader configuration adds unlimited Notetaker access. Enterprise adds SCIM provisioning, audit logs, managed deployment, dedicated support with SLAs, and custom contract terms.

Platform coverage is a central strength: Flow places dictation in any app or website with a text field and also connects with Claude and ChatGPT. Notetaker extends the product beyond live dictation with meeting transcription and speaker identification. The trade-off is its cloud model: transcription requires an internet connection, and offline mode is not supported. Choose Wispr Flow for broad language coverage, cross-device dictation, shared vocabulary, and voice commands. Consider another option if offline processing is essential or if meeting transcription and team administration are unnecessary for your workflow.
