WebProCMS is a self-hosted Laravel CMS for agencies, developers, and organizations managing websites. It combines visual page building, editable design-library templates, content management, forms, CRM, campaigns, commerce, courses, and memberships in one installation. Memberships add member accounts, recurring Stripe subscriptions, license keys, and per-page or per-post content gating. It suits small teams that want a membership site alongside broader website and marketing tools, rather than a platform focused only on subscriptions.

Pricing makes the product approachable for smaller deployments. Core is free for up to five activated sites and includes the full CMS, page builder and design library, automatic overnight updates, and community documentation. Pro costs $25 per month on monthly billing and adds every premium feature, unlimited sites, all premium member features, and custom feature modules. Enterprise costs $50 per month on monthly billing and adds fleet management, source-code access, custom feature modules, and developer repo tooling. Since Memberships is a premium module, teams need Pro or Enterprise for the membership functionality.

The product’s breadth is its main distinction: one installation can cover pages, blogs, custom content types, forms, lead and contact management, email, SMS, web-push campaigns, gated content, and courses with membership access or one-time purchases. Signed updates with snapshots and one-click rollback add operational safeguards, while Enterprise supports fleet management and source-code access. The tradeoff is ecosystem depth. Stripe is the documented integration, and the membership feature set centers on recurring billing and content gating. Choose WebProCMS if those capabilities and self-hosting fit your team; consider an alternative if you need a wider integration ecosystem or drip-content workflows.
