Webflow AI brings prompt-based website generation and optimization into Webflow for teams, agencies, and businesses building managed websites. A natural-language description can produce a site structure, content, theme, and page designs, while users can continue editing pages, sections, themes, copy, and images in Webflow. It is suited to design-led projects that need more than a single generated landing page, including sites with CMS content, SEO work, localization, experimentation, or ecommerce requirements.
The plan structure starts with Starter at $0, including a Webflow.io domain, two static pages, Webflow AI, and a Free Starter Workspace. Basic costs $15 per site per month when billed annually and adds a custom domain, 300 static pages, 10 GB bandwidth, and Webflow AI. Premium costs $25 per site per month annually and adds Webflow CMS, code components, and site search. Standard Ecommerce costs $29 per site per month annually, supports 500 ecommerce items, includes a custom shopping cart and checkout, and charges a 2% transaction fee. Paid-plan AI site generation is initially limited to five pages, even though the Basic site plan lists 300 static pages.
Its broader value comes from combining AI generation with Webflow’s editing and publishing environment. AI can generate CMS Collection items, reusable code components, copy variants, SEO and AEO suggestions, optimization and experimentation suggestions, and localization support. Ecommerce features cover products, orders, carts, checkout, payments, shipping, and taxes. Integrations include Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zapier, Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Analytics. HTML and CSS export supports external hosting, although code export is limited. Choose Webflow AI when visual control, structured content, and integrated site operations matter; choose a narrower builder when you only need a small, simple site.
