WCAGpilot is a web accessibility audit tool for organizations, developers, public agencies, and compliance teams. Users submit a public URL, and the service selects representative pages for checks using WCAG-EM 2.0. Reports cover structural issues, accessibility statements, and findings linked to WCAG success criteria. The tool checks headings, skip links, images, media, and forms, while also applying WCAG 2.1, EAA, EN 301 549, and applicable national requirements. Its free plan suits an initial review of a public site, while paid plans extend the workflow to private audits and multi-site work.
Pricing is divided into three plans. Free costs €0 always and includes any public page, a simplified 5-10 page sample, a 30-day public cache, and an accessibility statement check. Private Standard costs €1,200 per year for one company and one site, adding a full AI audit with content quality, a statement generator, private results, a re-audit, and a Chrome extension for gated sections. Portfolio costs €6,000 per year and adds multiple sites in one account, team access and roles, formal documents including VPAT and ACR, API access, and volume pricing. Several paid features, including the Chrome extension, are labeled as coming soon on the homepage.
WCAGpilot’s strongest fit is for European teams that need guided sampling, explanations, remediation guidance, and compliance-oriented reporting rather than continuous engineering integration. The web-only platform keeps the workflow centered on submitted URLs, and the published category specifications show no CI/CD integration or browser extension. That makes it less suitable for teams seeking developer-pipeline checks or broad platform coverage. Choose it for representative audits and formal accessibility work across public or private sites; choose another tool when automated checks must run directly inside delivery workflows.
