WazVox review
A WhatsApp API provider with agency provisioning, messaging controls, and a 30-day beta.

WazVox provides WhatsApp Business Platform access through Meta’s official Cloud API, with tools for onboarding numbers, handling conversations, and building messaging workflows. Its intended audience includes developers, agencies, software platforms, and AI-agent workflows. Embedded Signup supports WhatsApp Business Account and number onboarding, while multi-tenant provisioning is aimed at organizations managing service for multiple clients. The web and API offering combines a shared inbox with REST API access, and selected MCP-compatible assistants can connect through its remote MCP server.
The product covers much of the messaging lifecycle: two-way conversations with delivery and read receipts, template creation and approval tracking, and text, image, document, audio, video, and sticker messages. Campaigns and automation workflows include approval controls. Developers also get bearer authentication, idempotency keys, and signed webhooks with retry handling. WhatsApp Calling is available through browser WebRTC for eligible numbers, and coexistence with the WhatsApp Business App is supported for eligible numbers. These controls make WazVox a closer fit for agencies and platforms building their own client-facing messaging operations than for teams seeking only a basic inbox.
According to the vendor’s published plan information, the full product is free during a 30-day beta, and Meta messaging fees are billed separately by Meta at its published rates. WazVox states that nobody is charged during the beta; its future billing is not active. That makes the current offering useful for evaluating the workflow, but buyers should account for the separate Meta fees and the beta’s time limit. Choose WazVox if multi-tenant provisioning, API controls, and campaign automation matter to your setup. Teams that need calling or app coexistence for numbers that are not eligible, or that require established ongoing billing terms, should consider alternatives.
