Waymark is directory software for operators and agencies managing multiple business directories. It supports isolated multi-brand tenants, configurable listing types and custom fields, keyword and location-based discovery, CSV imports, business self-submissions, owner claims, verification, lead capture, quote requests, reviews, analytics, and Stripe-based listing subscriptions. Sites are generated as static HTML and deployed to a CDN, while web and API access support directory delivery and integration.

The commercial model is aimed at operators rather than individual directory owners. Platform pricing is quoted per operator according to the number of brands and sites, so buyers should expect a sales-led purchasing process rather than a self-serve platform checkout. Waymark also supports Stripe subscriptions and listing entitlements, allowing directory operators to create their own paid listing plans. The publicly displayed Free, Starter, Pro, and Agency tiers apply to those operator-created listing plans, not to Waymark’s platform access.

Waymark’s strongest fit is a directory business that needs breadth: multiple brands, structured imports, advanced search, location features, owner self-service, monetized listings, and lead workflows in one platform. Its REST API and signed webhooks extend the platform, while Stripe, Anthropic, Ollama, and ContentMate provide integration options for billing, AI, and content workflows. AI-generated business descriptions and articles can support directory publishing, but teams wanting only a small, single-purpose directory may find the multi-brand, billing, claims, and API scope more than they need. Waymark is better suited to operators and agencies building a directory portfolio than to organizations seeking a minimal listing site.

    • May be broader than needed for a single simple directory
    • Requires external services for some integrations and AI workflows
