Wakelet is a web-based content curation and bookmark manager for educators, students, teams, and organizations. It collects links, files, videos, images, PDFs, and notes into visual collections that can be organized, shared privately by link, or published. Collaborative collections, student portfolios, classroom activities, and shared workspaces make it particularly suited to teaching, learning, and group research rather than personal bookmarking alone.

The free Starter plan supports up to 3 collections, publishing up to 3 collections, unlimited collection memberships, up to 250 items, up to 50 items per collection, and up to 100 saved items outside collections. The monthly Pro plan costs $11.99 and adds unlimited collections and items, video recording and upload, image carousels, pinned items, and Wakelet AI. Pro is also available for $89.99 per year. Education Group costs $160 per year for 1 teacher and 30 students, while Group costs $119.99 per seat per year. Education Enterprise and Enterprise add organizational administration, analytics, and priority support.

Wakelet fits education ecosystems through Google, Google Classroom, Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Clever, ClassLink, YouTube, and CSV upload integrations. Chrome and Microsoft Edge extensions support browser-based capture, while keyword search and filtering help organize saved material. Its main trade-off is platform scope: Wakelet offers web access and browser extensions, but no mobile apps, and it is not designed around verified archiving. Educators and teams that want visual, collaborative collections should find the feature mix relevant; users who need mobile-first bookmarking or archival verification should choose a more specialized alternative.
