Vyte is appointment scheduling software for individuals, teams, and service businesses. Its published booking pages let customers choose appointments through shareable URLs, while users configure availability, durations, buffers, confirmation behavior, forms, and branding. The product also supports group meetings with participant voting, team appointment assignment, random team-member assignment, automatic reminders, and payment collection through Stripe. Web, iOS, and API access support different operating models, with API access available on the Pro plan.

The free plan covers a Personal Vyte Page, Google Calendar and Office 365 synchronization, 1-on-1 and group meetings, and double-booking prevention. Pro adds advanced scheduling features, custom branding, Vyte API access, and payment appointment types. It costs $8 per user per month with annual billing or $10 per user per month with monthly billing. Enterprise provides custom branding and custom API integration with custom pricing. A 14-day trial is also available, separate from the ongoing Free Plan.

Vyte’s strongest fit is group scheduling where participant voting matters, especially when calendars, reminders, forms, conferencing, and payments need to work together. Integrations include Google Calendar, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, iCloud, CalDAV, ICS, Slack, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Whereby, Webex, Stripe, Zapier, and Integrately. Choose Vyte if polling-based coordination, booking pages, and broad calendar or meeting integration are priorities. Businesses that need custom branding, API access, or payment appointment types should plan for Pro, while organizations requiring custom API integration should evaluate Enterprise.

Vyte pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Participant voting supports group meeting coordination.
    • Two-way calendar sync blocks availability across connected calendars.
    • Stripe and conferencing integrations support paid, online appointments.
  • Where it doesn't
    • Pro costs $10 per user monthly, or $8 with annual billing.
    • Enterprise pricing is custom rather than publicly stated.
    • API access, custom branding, and payment appointment types require Pro.
