VPS Avenger 2 is a 64-bit synthesizer plugin from Vengeance Sound for music producers working in compatible digital audio workstations. It runs on Windows and macOS and supports VST2, VST3, AU and AAX formats. The instrument is aimed at producers who want a broad electronic sound-design toolkit in one plugin, combining oscillator-based synthesis with sequencing, drums, effects and sample importing.
Its main strength is breadth. The engine supports up to eight oscillator modules, wavetable synthesis and editing, granular synthesis, spectral synthesis, multiple filter and shaper modules, and effects. The modulation matrix provides drag-and-drop routing, while the arpeggiator, step sequencer and drum sequencer add pattern-based production tools. Loop time-stretching is included for the drum sequencer. Import support covers samples, waveforms, wavetables and drums, and the preset browser includes tags and favorites. The product also includes 750 presets, along with factory samples and wavetables.
